I enjoyed the pool and the A/C was very good in the room. I had a balcony that overlooked the road and shopping center. Balcony king room looks exactly as advertised. The room was quiet and the sheets and towels were clean. Appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in the room. The ceiling had an uneven plastering done, but it did not affect my stay. The balcony has a simple two chair and table set, nice to have a drink on during a warm night. However, there is not a great view as this hotel is right off the road toward the city. Breakfast ends at 9 am, I wish they would change it to 10. I did not bother to wake for breakfast the next morning so I don’t really know what they had except yogurt, coffee, and a pancake making machine. Overall was a great stay and the staff is kind.

Very clean, safe, great location, good breakfast with a lot of choices, easy parking. Front desk team was friendly and helpful. Panera Bread literally steps away, Crabtree Mall less than 1 mile away. This was our 2nd stay and definitely not our last!

Left one hotel and booked a room at BWP withing 5mins or less and the process was easy and check-in was a breeze!

Dishonest staff my wedding band was stolen. I left to go to a wedding and returned 1 hour later to retrieve my ring and the staff had gone in the room at 3pm and when I returned my ring was missing.

Our room was clean, neat and well maintained.
Staff was courteous.
I did not understand the fifty-dollar deposit for smoking, pets or damage though and surely do not understand it being a week before it's re-deposit into my credit card account. I will be checking to make sure it is!

Room has a weird smell, and did not look completely like the picture. Very strange set up. Pull out couch was very thin, I would not plan on anyone actually SLEEPING on it. My four year old refused.
