One of the most disappointed stay .. usually I never take things negatively but I had a bad experience here Firstly the towels given were wet and I got a doubt they they folded used towels .. but after thorough checking thier stocked towels I found that they recieved it like that from the dhobi .. next to that the washrooms are not at all clean .. and even the rooms were not properly mopped . The mattresses on the bed are also in bad shape .. overall it’s not at all good . We asked for room service nobody lifts the calls in the restaurant and when complained they said they had less staff and cannot supply in room . When went upto restaurant .. they had some buffet which is very little options . We ordered ala karte and food is ok with very very poor service . They dint care to serve .. just throughed the plates on the table. Bufffet breakfast is good and refilled with care .. when raised the complaint the management representative is very humble and said it’s one of thier busiest days as it’s some auspicious day .. Overall a bit disappointed

Nice experience,the staffs was very attractive ,special thanks reception guys. Mr.Gani ,Saravanan and Jyoti was good polit service.......we are strongly recommend this hotel .........food was very tasty ,ample parking also available here...

Excellent stay ,rooms are very clean and tidy ,staffs are well maintained rooms and full property ,.......... especially reception staffs Mr.Gani ,Saravanan and Jyoti was good service in my family .....................❤️❤️❤️❤️....

We are enjoying the stay hotel rameswaram grand ,staffs was very polite and nice experience guys,special Mr.Gani ,saravanan and jyoti was excellent care and service.........my family was fully happy ...............................

The real Grand hotel in rameswaram.rooms are well clean and maintain , staffs are very polite , restaurant food was very tasty .ample parking is available here, 1km distance rameswaram main temple,we are enjoyed this hotel........ strongly recommended...

Dirty, super dirty. Pile of rubbish everywhere, unbelievable.Room not clean, toilette was so bad. Receptionist behaviour was so rude. Worst customer service ever I seen. Not had basic toiletries. bad smelling and full of annoying people trying to cheat tourist every minute. We booked for 2 days one month before and reaching there we had horrible experience.NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL. COS IT IS THE WORST ONE IN THE WHOLE WORLD.

I have booked these place reading the reviews in tripadvisor but after reachung understood that those reviews were fake. There were other customers at the reception who were complaining regarding the services and they also understood that some reviews with 5 star are created by the hotel authority. When i went there was no wifi in the rooms, the receptionist a gentleman was very rude. The rooms were unhygenic, but they cleaned when we asked them to. The AC did give out a weird smell. Except the breakfast nothing was good about this hotel

You will get allergy, if you stay here. Very unhygienic rooms. Understaffed, no kettle. Dirty bathrooms. Worst experience. Waste of money. ..........................................,...................... ......,..........
