Забронировали отель для отдыха с детьми(вкл малыша)в марте 23г,предварительно уточнив вопросы реновации и расселения,тк уже отдыхали в Конраде в 19г.Для нас это было важно,тк не первый раз на Мальдивах и пляж/уединение для нас важны.несколько раз в отель писали официально о том,на каком берегу хотим жить.Прилетев, увидели мин 30% острова в стройке;закрытый на ужин Шведский стол.,о котором также не сообщали.Нас заселили на сторону с обрывом,в море,где ходят постоянно лодка и летает самолет-гул стоит на всю виллу и купаться с малышом меньше 2х лет там просто травмоопасно!И на наше возмущения в ответ-можем сегодня поселить в номер на др стороны(где справа в море забор,а внутри на рифе ограничения),а завтра снова сделать переселение в номер поближе к тем,что вы просили.А пока день ожидания такого ответа в промежуточным номере,где на пляж с детьми не выйти.И это после 15ч в пути,уставшие,мы даже вещи не смогли разложить и отдохнуть,тк вынуждены были разбираться с номером.Это длилось целый день,в итоге варианта решения 2-либо переселяетесь завтра в виллу наиболее близкую к тому,что вы просили и сегодня не купаетесь;либо сегодня можем переселить в виллу с лучшим пляжем,а завтра еще раз переезд.И все это сопровождалось комментариями,что других вариантов нет;а сообщать о реновации мы не обязаны.Хотя для нас это принципиальный момент,в противном случае мы бы просто поехали в другой отель!По завершению всего-на малыша,зашедшего в гардеробную,упал большой плинтус и отель в ответ-мы починим,извините😳Я много лет являюсь клиентом сети Hilton-и по работе в США,Европе останавливалась и в Hiton,и в Double tree,трижды отдыхали в Waldorf Astoria и ни разу не сталкивалась с таким безразличием к клиенту!За весь день-мы не понимаем как так произошло,что вы не знали о реновации до вам не положено знать,на запросы представителя конрада о конкретных виллах была тишина;на падение плинтуса-просто извините.И на наши вопросы о компенсации испорченного дня отдыха-тишина,когда разговор с руководством отеля зашел в тупик-супруг(а не отель!)предложил помочь с бронью ресторана и только после этого нам сказали,что пришлют за счет отеля бутылку вина,тк ничего больше предложить не могут.А на вопрос-может в качестве извинений отель сделает нам апгрейд номер и сразу сегодня заселит на хороший пляж-ответом было, доплатите 20 тыс$ за это сами к тому,что вы уже заплатили(хотя там общая стоимость вилл изначально меньше,чем озвученная доплата).Очень жаль,что такие недопонимания внутри команды отеля,такое нежелание как-то скрасить свои ошибки(несколько переездов и испорченный день отдыха),приводят к тому,что впечатления об отдыхе на одном из самых красивых и необычно «богатых»отелей Мальдив,очень портятся и отель теряет свое лицл люксовой сети.

This was our fourth visit to The Conrad Maldives and I have to say it was very disappointing this time. The villa wasn’t clean, there were crisps on the floor under the couch, finger smears on the glass and the rub was covered in crumbs too. I was very disappointed with the staff in Rangali bar, it was more of a boys club with just an edge of misogyny, which I didn’t really expect and hadn’t experienced here before. That said, older members of staff such as Shark, are an absolute delight and a credit to the resort. Once again, there were no menu changes and the food has been the same since our first visit. It’s still a beautiful place but the service was just not good enough this time and it just seems like they have become complacent.

This is a perfect place to snorkel with whale sharks and my boat crew ensured that this 70+ year old woman had an amazing experience swimming with the sharks! The buffet breakfast was expansive and excellent, with different ethnic dishes beautifully represented! The “cool room” had assorted fruits, yogurt, cold cuts, and ice cream! Be sure to visit the juice bar! This resort is as beautiful as the pictures!

Living the dream in a Paradise island and what a “Wow” it was. We spent five nights at the Conrad Maldives and since our arrival at the Male airport we were greeted, guided, and provided seamless check-in by the Conrad personnel to board the seaplane. Once we arrived the Conrad at Ragali Island the check-in continued to be exceptional. Svea our coordinator was excellent and involved on all the details of our stay making us feel very special. The entire team at the Conrad were service driven and totally engaged on the needs of the guest. I had the opportunity to meet with the new GM Mr. Thomas Hoeborn who was very attentive and made our last night very special at his private happy hour gathering for Hilton Honor members. The resort has two islands, with three different happy hours every day (unique from other resorts), excellent dining options, hospitable ambiance. My kudos to everyone in the resort for the excellent service we received. A shout out to bartender Myo Win from Rangali Bar that went out of his way to provide us with top-notch service. The highlight of our stay was dinner at “Mandhoo “ right by the water (make sure you reserve ahead of time). The other highlight was our amazing massage at the overlooking the water, by therapist Ana y Lola. The location, attention to detail and accommodating service was one of a kind. I have recommended this resort to my brother who will be visiting late March of next year and suggest to all of you reading to not let this experience pass you by.

My new wife and I spent three days on honeymoon at the Conrad Maldives last week, and had the best vacation experience EVER. While traveling and vacationing in the Maldives comes at a cost, I honestly feel that every penny spent at the Conrad Maldives provided a huge ROI for the fun and best hotel experience I have ever had. As a regular business traveler for more than a decade, I have never experienced the level of customer service this resort provides its guest. The overall experience from arrival via Seaplane, to having a dedicated Conceriege rep on the island assigned to us, to interacting with hotel resort staff ( most of whom has been working for the property for a long time which says a lot), and finally to the Ocean sports team, was outstanding. I would like to provide a special shoutout to the team at Ocean sports, Mabrook, Saheed, and Adam, all of whom provided myself and my wife with such a great experience. If you are looking to have a BLAST on a vacation, the time and money is well spent with the Ocean sports team. My wife and I did Jet Ski's for two days with Mabrook and had the most thrilling experience ever on a Jet Ski. We followed this up by engaging in a Parasail with Mabrook and Adam, and was amazed by the level of professionalism that comes with Parasailing at the Conrad. The hotel has a customized boat that allows you to Parasail and land directly from the boat without even getting in the water. Another shoutout I would like to provide is to Ameel, who is in charge of taking photos for the photoshoots. We booked a 1 hour photoshoot and the pictures he took were by far superior to any hotel/vacation photoshoots I have ever had done. Just astonished by the picture quality and his technique for getting the perfect shot of my wife and I. Lastly, Erika provided us with a friendly experience as the dedicated concereige rep during our stay. In general, this is a great concept and leads to an extraordinary customer service experience. My wife Stephanie and I look forward to returning to the Maldives on a more frequent basis, and when we do, we will stick to staying at the Conrad. We are sold on becoming regular customers! This hotel is magnificent. We have been four times to the Maldives. The nature is beautiful everywhere, but what really stands out here is the quality of the food and the service. It is pricy (as all hotels in the Maldives) but we were not disappointed with anything. The breakfast is incredible, we did not have to eat lunch after that. I went to the gym every day, it was empty and nice.
