Air conditioning was really bad 21 at the panel was really hot. The door lock was lagging. Hidden high fees for minibar and different services. Normal to poor food taste

This was my first time in Ras Elbar and my first time.to experience any Stiegenberger hotel and I have to say that this was one of the few great experiences I had in Egypt in while. Stating from the security guard at the gate on arrival by car , going to the bellman taking our luggage , being met by the Asst. Manager at the lobby who saved us waiting to check-in , going to the refreshing welcome drink and cold towel. The room was very nicely furnished with a nice view ( they call it panoramic view) which ok but certainly not a front sea view , yet it is still great and spacious balcony. All what you may need is in the room. Breakfast was full and the buffet was really rich and the staff are replenishing consumed items before it is gone so you really don't miss anything. Being a hotelier myself, I was not able to pick on anything wrong . Yet, I do have 2 comments , the surrounding is very noisy till very late , May be because it was public holiday and a week-end , the other thing is the corridors on the floors needs carpet. I would highly recommend this hotel

Everything was great Staff was awesome especially Mr. Abd El Aziz & Mr. Ahmed on pool Rooms was clean Food was great and has alot of variety every day Hotel bus to the beach was clean Beach was very clean and organized Rooms view was very cool as u can see the nile and the sea in a panoramic view

I had fun during my stay. if you want to watch an amazing sea and river view you should definitely give ras al bar a visit where steigenberger al lessan dominates the quality of tourism around the area. The food is very decent and the chefs are very respectful. The buffet offers various dishes every day. When you visit the beach, the calming waves give you the feeling of complete isolation from your work and pressures that you desire. if you don't enjoy the beach, that's fine! you can also check out the pool. The pool has the perfect location as you can view the sea and the Nile from the 1st floor directly. The pool's bar has various drinks to offer too. Overall, it's a pleasant experience that I would redo all over again.

hotel location is amazing, best location in the whole town, food is tasty, rooms are cozy and nice and the best part is the hotel staff and their welcoming attitude, I feel at home when I stay there, the way they respond to any concern is perfect and beyond expectations really, very very nice and comfortable experience, was not my first and sure not my last stay. Highly recommended.

All was wonderful,really we enjoyed the stay from 15/3 to 17/3/2024 with my group of 16 persons named Adel Khouzam group,the warm hospitality makes us feel that we're at home, we intend to repeat this trip very soon Thanks for all the staff ,special thanks for Mr Mazen & Miss Rawan Adel Khouzam

Great hospitality specially from Maher from the front desk is so helpful and kind. Room were so clean, They made us an upgrade to Nile/Sea View. Breakfast was nice. We had a nice dinner by the restaurant by the roof. All the staff were so helpful the service there is excellent.
