Good hotel with nice view of coconut tree-es around. It is located in malgund village which is 4-5 km from ganpatipule. Rooms are clean. Service part can be improved. Hire a two wheeler if you are staying at this place as auto riksha drivers charge heftily for going to the main city.

I recently visited and stayed in madachya banat (in march) with my family and we are really happy with our stay there. Location wise - this resort is approx 3. 5kms away from ganpatipule temple near to malgund beach. Very peaceful property and the friendly staff. Rooms were clean with basic facilities available. Food was freshly prepared, delicious, homely food and quantity was very good. Overall nice and quiet property to stay

Next to malgund beach which is very clean and beautiful. The rooms are also very nice and a nice place for family.

Nice, cozy and clean rooms. Good breakfast. You get a wifi connectivity which is very much needed as airtel/jio will not work. If you are looking for a beach front property, then this will be a disappointment. You will have to walk half a kilometre to reach the beach.

An ideal place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Delicious food, lot of space around to relax with a book or music, beach at stone’s throw, easy access to other tourist spots, clean room makes Madachya Banat a perfect choice for a short vacation.

Property was very nice and beautiful very near to Beach you can enjoy the cool Breeze with hot Tea .
Food quality is was super upto the mark ❣️ overall i loved this

As the name (in marathi) suggests, the resort has lots of well planned coconut trees. Rooms are clean and the resort is well maintained. The malgund sea shore is at a walkable distance. The staff is courteous and well trained. The food is excellent, both, vegetarian and non vegetarian. The location is really good. Nearby places one can visit: famous ganpati temple and 'prachin kokan' at ganapatipule. Kavi keshavsut (renowned marathi poet) at malgund. Jaigad fort. Aare-ware beach. Ratnagiri. Paw-as etc.

The first thing we find here which makes us relaxed about our stay is ambience. It's peaceful and energetic. And the rooms we stay is our main concern. At madachya banat I found tidy and clean room even washrooms also. You can totally relaxed and no need to search for variety of foods nearby as here we find tasty and fresh food. And last but not least helpful and active staff. We enjoyed our stay at Madachya Banat...
