Quite location. Big area. Friendly staffs. Only comment was the wooden doors were too noisy.

We had a lovely stay with attentive service and good food. Prabin and rest of team were excellent. We had a wonderful itinerary of great activities include canoe and elephant rides. However, the pool area could use updating and better maintenance, as it is small for the number of guests in the resort.

Best place to visit. Had a great time with staff. Lots of memories to take with. Staffs are very friendly and professional. Hotel is beautiful. Will comeback in future again. Front office staffs are very nice. Aarti , Rohit, Sajeet went out of their way to help us with stay. Restaurant team is also very professional. Lovely food and beautiful garden.

A decent hotel with all basic facilities, good location and perfect size of room inventory. I liked the bedding, very comfortable. The hot water in the shower takes some time to pour-in. The game changer is their staff and the service they provide. We arrived late with some dietary requirements Shekhar and Susil Pathak made sure to specially make food for us even after lunch buffet was closed. Sajith from front office was so friendly and welcoming to accomodate any requests. 5 star for the staff and service.

Very clean hotel all the staff very friendly and helpful polite. The atmosphere in the restaurant, lobby reception etc very calm relaxed. As I had a diet requirement the kitchen staff were very good, in making my request. Lots of amazing memories to bring home. Thanks to all the staff

Hotel was very neat and clean. Excellent food. Staff very cooperative and courtesy ful. Cooks make food asper our selection. Very worthy. Recommended to everyone. Do visit and enjoy your pleasant stay. You'll find everything you need here.

Sushil Pathan and Upendra gave top service! Great place for family. Such a nice experience. The park was exceptional. Food was a great introduction to Nepal food. Saw some great wildlife and generally felt very at peace in this place. Will definitely be coming back.

Very good resort , excellent enviornment and excellent service staff . All the gardens and common area is very well maintained , swimming poll is clean . Very clean and green . At restaurant Mr Maan Kumar is super polite , not even a single demand was unattended .

The staff are really kind and helpful especially Mr. Susil Sanjeeb ! They can speak english very well The location is good with beautiful view! A little old and needs to be renovated ! and also the breakfast is not good enough for a 5* hotel with limited menu !
