We had a superior room with direct view to the kitchen lake, this is just recommended, from room 22 you can already look at the lake in bed, from the terrace of course. The staff were friendly, a coffee/tea preparation option in the room, very delicious breakfast buffet, quiet location of the rooms in the new building, with a little luck a free parking option at the hotel, In the vicinity of the lake you can drive tretboat. Whoever likes can also bath directly at the hotel in the lake. In the bathroom there could be light (no direct lighting at the mirror) an enlargement mirror is available, the facility, especially the many different lamps in the room and in the hotel itself have very enjoyed, a pleasant atmosphere, it offers for stays where you want to rest in a short time. Only cleanliness could be improved. At first glance it seemed totally clean, but the table on the terrace had spots of glasses, although we had not been there, so it must have been from previous guests. Similarly, the doorside of the bathroom was sawn, the minibar was also to be wiped (as if there had been a little out there for a long time) and the coffee box was dust- in the winter garden dust hangs from the glass roofs, The floor was dirty at 18:00, so not washed before the dinner opening. However, the beds were clean and that's the main thing. The place itself is terriblely horrible, but the hotel cannot do anything for it. For the natural rehabilitation at the lake it is perfect, because of the city I would not travel there, but because of the hotel again at any time. The breakfast buffet did not open wishes, four different juices, countless tea varieties, coffee specialities, delicious whirlpool, a variety of offers. The friendly service at the breakfast table is especially mentioned.

The hotel is OK, from there you can make beautiful excursions to the Baltic Sea or the Lübeck. The entrance area ”muffles” something but the rooms are maintained. The staff and the owners are very friendly. If you want to breakfast, you need to wait, depending on Andrang. The selection is okay, from everything something. Alexandra is the good breakfast fee, which is very friendly, quiet and premature. On their free days, the boss and boss spread a great axis, so it came up a little train feeling with the ”good”. The flowers in the outer area would also thank you for some water ;-)! We felt well and thank you again.

This hotel has a great location. The position and evaluation are very good, and the staff are very helpful. When I had a small problem, they quickly solved it and made sure I was completely satisfied.

Wir haben das Ibis Budget als Durchreisehotel gebucht auf dem Weg zur Ostsee. Es liegt zentral an einem Kreisverkehr, ca 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Lübeck. Parkplätze sind vorhanden ( ohne Code). Checkin allerdings erst ab 15h möglich und nicht vorher, falls man früher ankommen sollte, auch nicht am Automat. Zimmer sind einfach und sauber, Zimmer zur Strasse etwas laut, bei geschlossenen Fenster mit ( schlecht funktionierender) Klimaanlage allerdings erträglich. Frühstückleistung ist sehr gut, Personal immer sehr freundlich.
