交通便利，早餐還行，房屋空間大，衞生也比較好。就是前台服務態度一般。頭天入住説沒能在第三方拿到錢，現場刷卡，第二天説是網上單，不給開發票。幸虧攜程小姐姐幫忙搞定發票事宜。

Very friendly staff. Clean comfortable room. Large clean area to walk pets. Safe. Great breakfast! All around great stay! Would stay there again.

Decent property. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Only complaint would be the shower. It didn’t have any pressure at all. Other than that….good stay.

The only thing I was concerned about was the gas smell coming in the side door. I was thankful we were upstairs. I asked the desk staff about it and they said they were aware and authorities told them that there was no danger.

Upon arrival the hotel's computer system was not functioning. I stood in the lobby waiting for more than 20 minutes for the staff to figure out how to fix the system and check me in. Finally, I was manually checked in and asked to come back later to leave my CC. I did. Hotel cannot accept Apple pay or tap cards. HVAC system was broken. Called for help. 2 HOURS later help showed up and could not help. Room could not be cooled down. It was too hot to sleep. No attempt was made to get a room where the system worked. I will never stay here again.

One of the criteria we had in choosing a booking was the pool & hot tub. The water was ice cold. The entire property also smelled like propane or natural gas. It looked like the fire sprinklers had gone off in the pool area so the doors were left open to the outside below freezing temps. It was very cold in the pool area. They had a bunch of fans and air movers set up in there. Kind of ruined the vibe, especially for the kids.
I wish I had booked at one of the other hotels close by instead, or at least have been offered a discount or something by the staff.
The place was clean though. The staff were polite (considering) & the breakfast was good.

Everything is perfectly wonderful except pillow so hard woke up with bad headache. I would def stay here again but bring my own pillows!

The reason i picked the place was so i could sit in the hot tub & relax but as i was checking in i was told the pool & hot tub was closed for the night at 5:30 pm kinda irritated me but yes i stayed anyway
