We were lucky to have booked this stay bc the 80 Interstate closed due to snow and winds! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

We arrived to rest in the afternoon at the hotel and at 1 in the morning they took us out of the hotel because the fire alarm was on.

Overall it was ok. However our room seemed to lack service as we had little to no toilet paper, no body soap in the shower, no caffeinated coffee and plastic cups to drink from.

Room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfy. It was also nice and quiet.

I paid 146 dollars for my room and the pool wasn’t open due to chemicals balance whole reason I got that room was for the pool

Very friendly staff. Beds are really comfortable. Down side is there is a train track right behind the hotel, other than that, it’s was good

Worst service in all hotels. Ever. I stayed for 5 days and while my stay was just fine, nothing great but was ok.I was checked in and out with out confirming, I was charged more then promised and at the end was charge a cleaning fee of 100$ and they couldn’t provide me pictures and gave a huge run around about talking to a manager or getting questions answered. Horrible customer service, just change you whatever they want. I end up having to go to Marriott to get my money reversed. It was insane. Never again. Don’t stay unless you don’t mind paying 500$ more then promised and have hours to try to get it fixed. Front desk staff was terrible!

Great room and phenomenal breakfast. Beware that even though it says they can and you book for 5 people, they can’t put a roll away bed in a double queen room due to the fire code. Orbitz was terrible on that side but it’s not the hotels fault
