Super 8 Red Lake was built new in 2012 and is the only franchise Hotel in Red Lake Ontario. The hotel consists of 65 rooms plus a conference and banquet facility that can accommodate up to 110 people for conferences banquets meetings and gatherings. Red Lake is situated where some of the richest Gold Mines in the world are located Gold Corp being the richest of them all. The beautiful town of Red lake is also the Norseman Floatplane capital of the World. Every year in July the Township puts on a festival in July to celebrate the Norseman Float Planes. Plus if you love the outdoors the Red lake area is a great place to come and enjoy fishing or hunting. We are 5 minutes away from Gold Corp Mine and one minute from the Red lake downtown area. Service was very good, Breakfast was amazing, the staff were friendly and kind, I had a good time at the hotel. 👍👍

Everything was satisfactory. Nothing exceptional. I booked one night. When I went to book a second night, they increased the price offered the previous day. The hotel was receiving many reservations due to a funeral. Pretty low to take advantage of a grieving family. No I would not book Super 8

Property was as expected. Front desk staff was not too friendly. Garbage cans in room has not been emptied fro previous guests.

Not a bad place to stay while in Red Lake. The rooms were clean and quiet. They really need to get a refund from whoever did their flooring in the lobby and main area. It was all bubbled up and buckling. Other than that it’s a decent place to stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't served until 6:30 am and we had to depart at 5:30. Flooring in lobby was wavy...
