The room was very unclean and the sheets had nothing but stains on them. The room had roaches and was very dusty.

The check-in went smoothly. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was very clean. When I walked in everything well-stocked I couldn’t have asked for more. The only thing is I wish the kitchen supplies were already in there but I guess I cannot be helped. Everything was perfect.

I had stayed in this location in the past and was unhappy with the noise that was coming from kids playing and hanging around in hall ways .. i am very satisfied with the changes that were made and hotel is way more clean i plan on staying again in the future ..

Room was very dirty and dusty. My kids have allergies so it was very uncomfortable. We didn’t even stay overnight we just left before midnight. So overall we stayed about 10 hours. If possible I would like a refund.

They have an uncontrollable roach infestation. You can see them in every room. We had to move 3 times. Also, they hotel staff is NEVER at the frount desk. I wont be returning

I did not care for the fact that they had baby roaches crawling all over the room. The guests that were staying there were also quite questionable. Please take this down from ******* it was horrendous. They issued us a full refund.

Homeless outside and the people above us runnung 24/7. Besides that very nice place to stay

It was a very noisy hotel
People fight in the middle of the night with an others
Party going on until 3 hr in the morning
Some girls allowed male friends to enter from the exit door to party or whatever…
I felt insecure
Called front desk to make these people to shut up
No answers
Employees were nice that’s pretty much the only positive things
Actually I need a refund because it’s unacceptable
It was guetto
I spent 3 weeks there and it was a bad experience
