Redondo Pier Inn

Receptionist was great at check in. Room was clean. AC could have been better but didn't need it as the freshly air from the ocean will keep the room cool.

Pros: ideal location in Redondo Beach. Cons: Reek of curry in the lobby; dated, old motel, has not been updated; parking very limited; old carpet in the rooms; smells moldy.

The room was very spacious and mostly clean. The housekeeping staff was very nice. I called before I checked in to reserve a rollaway bed for our room and was told it was $10, plus taxes and fees. I was ok with this and was told we would get a bed. When I checked in, the women at the front desk said they didn't have rollaway beds, but we could upgrade our room for $30, plus taxes and fees. I assumed the beds were all in use, but we were the only car in the parking lot. It kind of felt like she was trying to upsell us instead of letting us use a rollaway. We did the upgrade so we would have enough room. The pull out bed was super noisy and the couch was sunkin in, in the middle, mixed with it being leather didn't make it very pleasant to sleep on. My sister tried to sleep on the floor so she didn't have to sleep on the couch. The bathroom was also very spacious, but the toilet was loose so it would slam when anyone sat on it. We were excited about the pool, but were unable to use it since the hours were 10am-8pm and we were out exploring during those times. The area around the hotel was very nice and safe. It is also only a short walk to the beach or pier. Lots of food options nearby as well.

I liked everything for the next time I want a bigger room the room and jacuzzi and comfortable like this the beds are very good to sleep thank you very much for everything we enjoyed it a lot.

Not a bad place, solid property if you are looking for a place to stay for a night or two. Well priced for the quality of the stay.

I love this property. It is always very clean and the staff is always eager to help you.

Everything was fine, I was very concerned since many of the reviews about the place were not good, I book for one night first but after seeing everything I stayed for one more night,

The place is very clean and quite. The price is amazing and the beach was only two blocks away.

Clean and confortable. 5 min walking to the pier. Busses to go to long Beach and the airport.
