I booked a room for my mother at very short notice. The staff made her feel comfortable and welcome even though she was alone. Accommodated me having a delivery to the hotel etc. Excellent, couldn't thank the hotel enough.

Penventon Hotel is excellent in every way in my opinion.
Staff offer exemplary service.
Breakast and restaurant of the highest order.
Quality food, beautifully presented, cooked to order.
Spa facilities very good.
Free parking.
Rooms fastidiously cleaned and maintained.
No negatives from my point of view.

The staff are extremely friendly and can’t help you enough. Anytime you need anything they will help.
When you’re on business doing lots of hours it is so good to know they’re there if you need them.

I always stay here when im there for work. Friendly, gym good enough for a session, sauna for the evening and good food.

Nice medium sized hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner also very good. Room comfortable although lots of bathroom related noises at various times and poor shower (Luke warm at best).

We had a very nice stay. The staff were excellent and very friendly (something that Falmouth hotels could learn from!?). The spa was nice, drinks were offered by the pool by the friendly attendant. It was my wife’s birthday and she had a complimentary glass of Prosecco! The bar area was our favourite. Lots of choices for beers, wines and spirits and fun with the bar staff. We would stay here again.

Its a great hotel and have stayed a few times before.
This time i booked a single room and its like staying in a broom cupboard. Avoid the single rooms and you will have a great stay.
