I was there for a surgery at Stanford. Booked two rooms for our party. The only issue was the tv. There was one remote to turn the Xifinit box on and another to turn the tv on. The remote to turn the tv on would not control the volume. The Xfinity remote controlled that.
Not a major issue but an inconvenience.

I needed to cancel the second night of my stay since I got cancelled for work in the area. It was easy to ask the front desk person to give me voucher credit for the unused stay. He was very helpful and prompt.

Very nice experience. Communication was fantastic before and after. Staff was super friendly and efficient. They made a very long trip so much nicer.

This is a tough revue to write. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. The staff was perfect. The price was great. Location is a $6 Uber ride to the Fox Theatre and downtown. But.... The noise from the street, the maid carts rolling along outside, and the lack of full black out curtains made it difficult. Customers need to be aware that this is a roadside motel not a hotel. All night I could hear traffic and an occasional siren on the boulevard. Shortly after 8 am a leaf blower fired up in the parking lot right outside my door. I'm a light sleeper and the noise made for a lousy night's sleep. If you're the type who can sleep through anything this might be the place for you, but I wouldn't stay again just because of the noise. I know the inn can't control that, but it is what it is....

The noise level was terrible. Kept hearing the maids towel basket going up and down waking me up. Fitness door was slammed every time. Could not sleep.

Staff were super helpful. Great value for the price. Nice accomodations in a very convenient area to Stanford Hospital.
