Best Western Plus Eastgate Inn Suites

Overall this was an ok stay. I don’t feel that it has the plus standards though. I asked for extra pillows shortly after check in, got told they’d have to see what they could find - guess they never found any, we never received them. Some areas were not as clean as they could be - behind the toilet maybe some water stains, in the corners of the bathroom & the soap holder. The iron never worked properly, I ended up running out & buying a steamer instead. The entryway from outside to the lobby stunk. I know it’s hard to get good staff, but do better BW.

Never could temperature not cold or not hot. Breakfast items slim picking for diabetics. Bathroom small, not like the pics of king suites. No sofa…..they had a dishwasher……big deal! We faced a equipment company, not a nice view. Tried to speak with front desk. They said they were busy. I had to reproach them next day.

I had read the reviews and booked this as a place to stay while travelling through Regina. First impression was the dirty carpets in front entrance and lobby. Rickety old desk chair missing rubber on the arms. Crumbs in drawers, dust, fingerprints. They need to train their cleaning staff. $200 for a dirty hotel room. Go elsewhere.

The service was great. Rooms were big. Washrooms were well equipped. Had a great night sleep in the very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay in this location again . Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Only thing I think could be approved is the fridges.

Excellent location while on a family road trip with kids. Great breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms and working pool.

From Check in, the Pool, Housekeeping and Check out, Your employees are awesome and well trained. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices is good as usual.

Lovely clean hotel. Staff were wonderful and a superb breakfast. Recommend this hotel for a relaxed break.

Booked a room with kitchen. Was very well equipped. Room was spacious, updated, and very clean. Also thought the price was very good considering the kitchen upgrade. Would absolutely stay here again.

I recently stayed at Best Western Eastgate in Regina, SK, with a group of friends for a hockey tournament with our older boys, and it was a nightmare. As Platinum members of Best Western, we have always enjoyed positive experiences at their properties, but this hotel was an exception. The staff was incredibly aggressive and accusatory throughout our stay. Shockingly, at one point, staff called our group "pieces of sh*t". This kind of unprofessional and hostile behavior is completely unacceptable. What's even more disturbing is that we were always respectful, but when we asked questions or raised concerns, the staff immediately became aggressive. This made our stay incredibly uncomfortable and left us feeling unwelcome. Canada is known for its love of hockey, and to be treated as less than, based on stereotypes about hockey players, I found to be particularly disrespectful. As parents, we spend thousands of dollars on hotel stays for these tournaments, and to be treated in this way was shocking. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel until they address their serious issues with staff conduct.
