Travelodge by Wyndham Regina

Breakfast is at the adjacent diner and it is really great. Made me forget about the loud noises other guests made during the night.

Fair hotel, but you get what you paid. It is renewed now and you get a good free breakfast.🧇

It was very nice staying in Travelodge and I will like to stay there when next i visit Canada.

Best place cleanest rooms nicest staff easiest check in and out- complimentary free complete breakfast in a restaurant- ( not a Continental cheap breakfast ) This place rocks so does Expedia.ca I will definitely come back to this location. And they refund your deposit on checkout !

Stayed for 2 nights while in Regina for a competition. First impressions on arrival; Hotel was in disrepair, sidewalks broken very bad condition major trip and fall hazard. The parking lot as well was cracked broken littered and showed lack of care or maintenance. Unfortunately had I arrived in daylight and seen all this I would have canceled my stay as the outside condition was a forebearer of the what the rest of the property was. Windows and glass doors filthy. Staff were pleasant. Hallways and lobby area were tired looking paint chipped and fading. There is only one ice machine and vending machine in the facility on the main floor, laundry machine dirty and rusted. Guest room was stark, depressing and minimal cheap furnishings. Blinds were broken and overall impression was that of a college dorm or reformatory room. Very poorly maintained, in fact only one small plastic garbage can in the room which I had to empty and go to front desk to give them the garbage bag for disposal and get a replacement bag as they do not service the rooms each day. Bathroom was small and the sink stand was dirty and I had to sanitize and clean it. ( As I did with the rest of the room based on the cleanliness or lack thereof) Light switch was cracked and dirty. Air conditioner very noisy and loud to the point you could not sleep or watch TV with it on. Overall not comfortable or pleasant stay. The included breakfast??? was also very disappointing, hosted in an attached restaurant was a 3 item fixed menu. The hot breakfast was soaked in oil, best thing was the toast. No fresh or healthly options. Best part of the whole stay was the restaurant waitresses who were friendly efficient and attentive. I felt sorry for them Will not stay there again nor would I recommend it. Does not represent the brand well, doubtful that I would stay at any Travelodge facility again based on this experience. This location has zero security, no security lighting nor cameras. People from adjacent bar wandering the premises, intoxicated, using illegal substances, littering and loitering creating a very unsettling situation. Police presence and advised by a long stay patron of recent and frequent thefts and vandalism. Room was filthy! Soiled and staIned bedding,carpets and a foul odor! Pillow cases were nearly transparent and had hair and dark soiled markings. REFUSED ROOM! REFUSED ALTERNATE ROOM! Front desk clerk very pleasant and apologetic. Now try to get my room fee back from *******!!!!!!! NEGATIVE STARS! NOT AT ALL A PLACE TO PATRONIZE UNLESS ONE IS ALSO OF SUCH LIFESTYLE!!!!! How do we trust Wyndham and ******* going forward? How could we be compensated for our long weekend plans spoiled??

Friendly, helpful front desk staff, nice renovated rooms with large wall mounted flat screen. The bathroom had a great shower, pool is still under renovation. The included breakfast next door at Billagios restaurant is delicious and filling. Will definitely stay here the next time I need accommodations in the city.
