B&B HOTEL Reims Centre Erlon

各種都很好，有特點，到火車站站台2分鐘。就是早餐13刀沒有什麼東西可吃的，不值。總體來説下次來還是會選擇它！

Stayed here for a few nights early August. Rooms were old and run down for sure. We stayed very little in the room so we dealt with it. There were corners you could see that weren't cleaned very well. Staff were nice - breakfast at additional cost (not what I was expecting for a budget hotel). We didn't eat here, but lobby was very cool- we did utilize the space on our last day while waiting for the train. Location - literally steps from the train station so that was very nice. A 5 minute walk to city centre, probably 10 mins to the cathedral. But a very easy walk.

I know Ibis is a basic hotel, but it is also a budget hotel and we use them often. Reims centre is very convenient with the station car park adjacent. Beds are comfortable a big plus. BUT we paid an eye watering 172€ for a basic room with breakfast! For this I expect a little more than a comfy bed. The room is ok ish, but one of the bed has no electric socket, the other is fairly near a messy cube making up for the lack of socket. The air conditioning has been added as an afterthought again unsightly installation (see photos). There is no way of switching the heating/AC off so I turned it down, but in the night woke to the AC going full blast. You have to juggle to find the sweet spot where neither heating or AC will be triggered. Carpet in room seemed grubby. The bathroom is so small that even alone in it it is poky. The only bin in the room is in the bathroom, impossible to squeeze past someone at the basin to use it. You had better not be taller than 1,80m to sit on the loo or you will have your knees in the wall. The shower is so small you constantly knock your elbows (but good there is a small shelf in shower for toiletries). I decided against washing my hair as I decided it would be just a too uncomfortable experience. The shower needs some extra cleaning attention. I wouldn’t leave mine like that at home, so why accept it in a hotel? The towels for two people are just 2 miserable small thin towels, the cheapest. No hand towels. Although this is a constant Ibis moan of mine. A lot of the above I would not mention if I had paid the usual Ibis price, but at 172€ we could have a 4 star hotel - we only had to accept this as we were traveling at the last minute and we’re booking on a phone at 18h.

I’ve been coming to this Ibis hotel for many years but this will probably be my last visit. I’ll find somewhere else next time. I’m wondering if this decline has occurred following new management. When I stayed in October last year there was complimentary pizza for guests. Not this time! Last year there was a champagne producer providing samples of their produce. Not this time! Add to this that certain staff were not particularly friendly and food was only served from Monday to Thursday. Prices at the bar were extortionate - €4.50 for a small tube of Pringles. The only positive was a quite satisfactory breakfast. A disappointing stay. Pull your socks up Ibis Reims Gare!

This hotel is a vast improvement on the run down Ibis that I encountered about 5 years ago. The lobby was bright, quirky and fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful and my room was clean. Breakfast was good and the hotel was in a great location, less than a one minute walk from the station. The only part that hadn’t changed was the view from my room. Awful! Nice touches included complimentary pizzas from 6.30pm although on my second night only one pizza was on offer! There was also, on my second night, a champagne house offering samples of their produce. A nice hotel at a very reasonable price!

Everything ok about this hotel. Bathtub, breakfast with fresh Madeleine cakes… Except for the underground parking managed by a third party which amounted to E 105 for just over a two nights So our strong advice is to stay away from that part of town

Easy to miss parking for hotel. Follow turn to Europcar Ibis Hotel. It is the carpark for railway station. Ensure get ticket from Ibis reception for free parking. Receptionist who checked us in not helpful. My French is not particularly good but she made no attempt to speak slower. Not sure she spoke English but I hasten to add we were in France so this was not expected! Reception/ bar area was bright and inviting- some thought had gone into it with records being on wall etc. There was also a pinball machine, pool table and children’s play area. The other positive was how close the hotel was to a lovely pedestrianized area and restaurants. As for the room- it was best described as being tired and worn. I’m sure it was clean but due to lighting was drab. Looked out onto a courtyard. Unfortunately as on the same level as this courtyard did not feel able to open curtains or window. Breakfast was adequate although not worth the extra had to pay for it. Did, however, provide gluten-free bread. Staff member who checked me out much more friendly and motivated than person who checked me in and whilst she acknowledging her English was not good we were able to muddle through together.

This is a fabulous find. Next to the train station. You can arrive from Paris by train and walk to the hotel. Cute lobby with games and often live music. Rooms are very spacious. Breakfast is amazing - fresh cakes hot out of the oven. You can easily walk 5-10 minutes to the cathedral and shops.

Basic hotel but in great location. Next to the train station and walking distance to everything. Friendly personnel and excellent service. Provides everything you need. The room is in the small side but perfect for one night.
