El hotel necesita mantenimiento, y luz incluso en la entrada que desde la carretera no se ve . La piscina esta totalmente abandonada . Y los servicios y estado general del hotel no se.corresponden con un 4 estrellas . Apenas hay personal y el restaurante solo dispone de menú, no se puede pedir a la carta .
Como dato positivo, su ubicación, un lugar precioso. Pero de noche como el hotel no tiene iluminación, te los pasas y ni lo ves

This hotel looks as if it’s been on the edge of liquidation since around 2014 (in reception they proudly display a certificate of excellence dated 2014!). I won’t repeat other reviews about the pools and outdoor areas, they are still in a bad condition and look unusable. Inside the room, the laminate floor is falling apart (disguised in places by a mat taped to the floor). The bathroom is in poor condition with broken fittings. The room is stuffy and smelly and everywhere is dark. The restaurant side is in much better condition. Breakfast was good. We didn’t use the ‘spa’ and had dinner at a restaurant further along the road. With inves**ent this could be so good but until fixed, I would recommend avoiding this hotel.

Pictures on website at least 10 years old. In need of refurbishment and modernisation. Took 15 minutes per client to book in.

The hotel is comfortable with big rooms and breakfast area. Nice small swimming pool (15€). The room floors are not in good condition as they are made of low quality wood. Wifi only in the lobby, rooms and other areas have no wifi or very low signal that doesn’t work. Breakfast has many choices but food, juice and coffee quality is standard low. A very nice waitress at the breakfast area makes things easier and nice.

El hotel no llega ni a dos estrellas. El spa cerrado. La comida horrible. Sólo se salva la alegría, amabilidad y atención de Carina y su compañero de noche en el comedor. Pusimos una reclamación en recepción, a ver si llega a quién corresponda. Nos hemos sentido todo el grupo, 48 personas totalmente ninguneados.

En primer lugar dar las gracias al personal (escaso), por su amabilidad, simpatía y ganas de agradar aún en condiciones difíciles. Hotel alejado de todas partes, al viajar en grupo con autobús no podíamos ir a ninguna parte. Hotel que estaba cerrado y abrieron para nuestro grupo. Frío, frío, y más frío. Tuvimos que pedir una manta adicional la primera noche. La habitación correcta (no es la de la foto) pero nos asignaron una de las mejores con terraza y amplia. Baño correcto con ducha y buena limpieza. Pero aquí se acaban los servicios del hotel, sin cafetería, nada de animación, no se podía estar en los salones por el frío (hay chimenea pero sin encender). Y aparte el tema de la comida. Desayuno básico, pan, café, leche, sobaos, jamón york, queso y salami, y un zumo indescriptible (difícil saber de lo que era). Comidas y cenas de muy malas a peores, una fuente al centro de la mesa (para 8 persona), y ya nos las apañábamos, menús básicos (no nos morimos de hambre), mal cocinados y únicos (ninguna opción), lo tomas o lo dejas. A pesar de todo el grupo lo ha pasado bien y pienso que se ha unido más en la adversidad. Reitero mi agradecimiento al personal, pero la propiedad, directivos o cadena han de mejorar mucho sus decisiones.

Íbamos un poco mosca por los comentarios leídos anteriores pero nuestra sorpresa ha sido grande , amabilidad en recepción y comedor el cual me ha encantado por sus vigas ,altura y limpieza. La cena sin alardes pero cantidad (ensalada , carrilleras y postres) y el desayuno muy completo (dónuts ,cruasanes , napolitana cereales, diferentes panes , fruta y zumo de bote. El sitio necesita una reforma pero yo he estado muy a gusto, parking enorme y el spa pequeño pero completo

Buen hotel para desconectar y a buen precio. Tener en cuenta que es para desconectar, no hay cobertura en las habitaciones y el wifi no funciona aunque da señal. Está bien ubicado y el servicio es atento. Esto de que trip te pida 200 caracteres para dejar una reseña es mortal

Se ve k tuvo tiempos mejores,las estrellas k tiene ahora son demasiadas para el estado de conservación,puertas de armario k corren mal maderas húmedas en el baño y papel ahuecado,portarrollos k impiden usar el bidet porque no puedes levantar la tapa,aun así estancia agradable por el entorno y tranquilidad
