The place was clean and the room was clean also.
Unlike some of the reviews I read there were no signs of any kind of smoke on the 8th floor.
I did not see anyone begging until I was leaving.
Overall My stay served its purpose without any issues.

Booo… this one is at the bottom of my list Well, if you have an opportunity to stay at a different hotel, closer in town little more expensive if you can afford it, try not to stay too long at this one it’s an old hotel. It’s a old stinky ****** needs to be leveled and rebuilt wrong part of town, a lot of transient people on the street. I did not like it but it was cheap. It was clean and old and stunk phone. Desk was friendly maintenance was nonexistent. I change the filter in my AC unit because it was nasty. I stayed there for two night. The only thing that was comfortable was leaving my truck outside because they had security in a fenced in area. Security walk to grounds all the time not nice not good I don’t like.

The hotel not only ignored my booking also double charged my credit card 3 days later! Unbelivable

The lady that was at the front desk seemed to be bothered that I was checking in. She didn’t even charge my card correctly. And the bathrooms are old. I felt like I needed another shower after showering there. On a good note-Augie was awesome and the ladies in the AM were outstanding

bathroom was dirty, and looks like they did not mop the floor, I had to purchased Clorox wipes to clean the restroom myself.

We need got to stay at the property due to the week prior I had my drivers stolen and was waiting for new one I had a picture of it to provide with debt card holding room my husband had his physical license. But they still wouldn’t let us check in so we had to cancel reservation and we were without somewhere to stay had to drive around to find another hotel open.spent more money on a room than planned ruined our visit out here to house hunt to move. The lady of front counter was rude and inconsiderate I will
Never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone because of something out if my control they left us without a place to stay with our kids driving around at night time not knowing area and having to spend more $ out of our pocket very unprofessional. Very unsatisfying

Outdated room the mattress was beyond then and super uncomfortable. Entire hotel run down with stained floors. House keeping never came to clean our room.
