Odyssia Beach Hotel

We were here with a group of 10 people. Everyone was very satisfied. The staff is nice and helpful. The service on the beach is excellent. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was very nice! We enjoyed our trip a lot! The breakfast was very delicious! The beach was clean and the beach employees were extremly friendly. After two days, they remembered our name! you have to pay 6€ for the umbrella and the lounger (you get a free water on top) There is a small supermarket, where you can buy all you need👌🏽

The restaurant nights got this great color after closing and when there were shows. Being the end of the season we only got to see two nights shows organised by our hotel. The food was good especially the olives and their bread but sometimes it was too monotone. In November almost everything was closed in the area, especially the extra tours that you could have booked. The only good thing was the in Chania and Rethymno the shops gave you extra reduced prices on their goods.

Ein kleines, sauberes, ruhiges Hotel mit super nettem Service, zwei Restaurants, Abendshows, Fitnessraum, Wellness, Massagen, Pool, einem kleinen Supermarkt und eigenem Strandabschnitt direkt am Meer. Wir waren sehr begeistert und bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier!

Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe der Stadt Rethymno, man kann besonders am Strand gut hin laufen. Ruhig direkt am Meer gelegen. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind modern und sehr sauber, das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich. Der Wermutstropfen war, dass das Zimmer sehr klein war, zumindest unseres. Man hatte kaum Platz etwas abzustellen o.ä. Da würden ein paar Haken und ein Board schon viel bringen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Uns hat es gutgefallen.

Io ed il mio amico Mauro abbiamo deciso di pranzare in questo posto. Abbiamo ordinato un toast , un hamburger, 2 Coca Cola ed un acqua . Prezzi onestissimi , unico problema il ragazzo del servizio . Molto scortese. Abbiamo chiesto di rifarci l’hamburger perché pieno di salse e l’abbiamo dovuto ripagare . Come se non bastasse quando è arrivato il 2 hamburger ci ha chiesto di andare a pagare con il piatto davanti .

In German: Anreise verlief gut zum Hotel. 9 Tage 8 Übernachtungen in einem Doppelzimmer. Das Essen war nicht frisch zubereitet.Das beste was es gibt war die Strandnähe und das freundliche Personal am Strand. Dort angekommen meinte die Dame an der Rezeption das es noch 2 Stunden dauert ( auf Check 24 stand 11:00 Check in ) auf erneuerter Nachfrage sagte die Dame zu mir erst nach 3Stunden .Erst nach der mehrmaligen Nachfrage konnten wir nach 1 Stunde zum Glück einchecken. Zudem war bei Check In das Zimmer schmutzig. Das Hotelzimmer ist 10qm und ist für das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht akzeptabel. Die Betten werden nach einigen Tagen sehr ungemütlich sprich Rückenschmerzen.Schimmel an der Klimaanlage( siehe Bilder ) Bad viel zu klein . Toiletten Spülung funktioniert nicht gut.Die Liegen kosten Extra 6€ pro Tag das ist nicht gerechtfertigt für die halb Pension die es nur gibt. Die Bilder vom Hotel auf der Website entsprechen nicht das Hotel in echt. zu den aufgezählten Punkten was alles negativ entspricht , würde ich das Hotel definitiv nicht weiter empfehlen und nie wieder besuchen! MfG In english: The arrival went well to the hotel. 9 days and 8 nights in a double room. The food was not freshly prepared, and taste always the same. The best thing about it was the proximity to the beach and the beach staff. However, upon arrival, the receptionist mentioned it would take 2 more hours (Check 24 stated 11:00 check-in), and after asking again a other worker, she informed me it would be 3 more hours. After several complaint, we were fortunately able to check-in after 1 hour. Moreover, the room was dirty at check-in. The hotel room is 10 square meters and not acceptable for the price what we paid.The Beds are to uncomfortable for more then sleeping 4 days. There was mold on the air conditioning (see pictures), and the bathroom was too small. The toilet flush doesn't work well. The sunbeds cost an extra €6 per day, which is not justified for the half-board option(you can book maximal half-Board option)the hotel pictures on the website do not match the actual hotel! Considering all the negative aspects, I definitely would not recommend the hotel!

Bij aankomst kregen wij een update naar een suite, deze was in het zusterhotel iets verderop( Ossirus Kamer was mooi ruim. Ontbijt is prima, avondeten is oké maar wij hebben besloten elke dag uit eten te gaan. Bedjes bij het strand plus parasol kosten per 2 € 8 euro per dag. Bedjes bij het zwembad zijn gratis. Service op het strand , maar het is een stuk goedkoper om zelf bij het supermarktje/ winkel van het hotel drankjes en snacks te halen. Personeel is heel vriendelijk. Grote supermarkt om de hoek daar stopt ook de bus. Let op buskaartjes haal je in de supermarkt. Ja het hotel is gericht op Duitsers maar daar merk je weinig van Wij vonden het een leuk hotel
