Visit number 7 and it just keeps getting better. All bedrooms are now refurbished with fantastic showers, air con and greater luxury. The staff are really what makes The Ideon so wonderful, from the initial greeting at Reception, the staff at breakfast who are always smiling and happy, the charming cleaning staff and then the amazing bar staff, both behind the bar and those waiting staff, including Joseph and Kostas. Thank you to everyone for such a wonderful stay and see you next year. It’s such a treat to come back.

This hotel was perfect for our family holiday. The staff were all attentive and friendly. Breakfast buffet was very efficiently managed with a good selection on offer. The location is also excellent, sea view and close to the old town. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Hotel in every way, rooms cleaned every day, very spacious, we stayed in room 316 for a week (27 July). We must thank all the staff on our stay, beautiful people. We saw a few familiar faces, in the restaurant, still very friendly and remembered us on our third trip to the hotel. We are mother and daughter. The hotel is right in the middle of everything, it's perfect for all travellers. We hope to see you all again, love from Janet and Gillian x

Firstly.. advert read “rooms open out on to terrace or balcony” however I’d like to point out they do NOT! I had a room (up a spiral staircase - think it was a loft -type room) with a window quite high up over looking a building site type view, it was very dark and depressing. I was eventually, moved on day 5 of my holiday to a room with a balcony. I however found the staff abrupt and false. I had multiple things go wrong on this holiday and joking around and laughing amongst themselves in Greek did NOT help, when I was having issues with a cancelled flight and a transfer which didn’t turn up.. I won’t be going back.

The aircondition was working well. A little small bathroom. But the size of the room was more than expected.

Excellent hotel for a short stay (our room wasn’t big enough or had enough storage for a longer stay). Rooms were lovely as were bathroom but as I said a little small for a one/two week stay.
Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, breakfast was good and pool a nice area too.
Near the harbour and old town with a 10 min walk to the beach.
