We booked end of 2019 (before COVID break-out) for holiday in July 2020 via ***********. We booked at fully refundable rate, they immediately charged our credit card for an advance payment. We were not worried at the time, but when we had to cancel our booking due to the COVID breakout, they didn't refund this advance payment! They never responded to any emails and when we contacted ***********, they called Apartments K and got the promise they would refund but never did. We finally got our money back from *********** (excellent service there). Now the apartments K are not on *********** anymore, so we probably were not the only ones with this complaint.
