The hotel itself is fantastic, great scenery, the staff are really kind and very helpful! The food was brilliant and a special mention to Davey's pizzas at pool side - he's a really cool guy and his pizzas are amazing! If you visit definitely check them out!

Amazing. Great great great. Bring your family and visit this hotel. Was my first time in Akti imperial hotel and i recommended. Great hotel great staff. Hotel is big and new very clean. Rooms for family is big and fresh. Everyday housekeeping bring new towels and clean the bathroom and floor. They top up tou fridge whit same frsh juice water, wine and fresh fruit. Everyday the cleaners make sure rooms are clean and new. Room have tv . All hotel area have free WiFi and great signal. Hotel have great spa and outdoor pool they give you fresh towels if u need. Alll pools are clean and all area are clean loots staff make the hotel organised. Have mini market you buy everything. Have cash machine and massage electric chair. They have loots restaurants. Meal and fresh and have many choise. Vegan or vegetarian. Restaurants are clean and fresh kitchen area always clean and organised. Food great lovely Chefs great Sfatt are organised. Housekeeping fantastic Have lockers when u need check out. Front hotel have private sea area is great too. Absolutely amazing place, so much food choices and alcohol choices, the staff are so friendly and attentive. The room was lovely and clean, spacious and we had a balcony and a mini fridge refilled daily, plenty of pool areas and also bars

The staff and food at the main dining area is good. Staff at bars and restaurants are wonderful. The clientele seem to forget about having some respect when going or leaving their rooms the noise they make in the early hours due to being fuelled on non exclusive basis. It was frustrating to book into the special restaurants. I finally managed to book the Greek and the the Chinese. The Greek was a fixed menu which I found mediocre but far too much. The Asian was disappointing, maybe due to me living in Asia for 7 years. The room was kept spotless although disappointing the views after paying what I thought was a 5 Star. You can walk into old town approx 3 miles along the coast I did get a taxi back 10€. The hotel should have an app to book restaurants and ideally al alacart vs fixed menu. Misis still my favourite Greek chain. The hotel is designed for families and not Adults solo or couples.

Had an amazing experience at this hotel. Staff are fabulous and so helpfull. Whole place is immaculately clean. Entertainment great. Food plenty of choice, hot and delicious. Hubby has ceoliac disease and needs gluten free, this place were wonderful with this. Plenty for him to eat and the staff very knowledgeable re the condition.

Amazing hotel, staff amazing hard working people. Plenty of food options and plenty of drinks. Management was amazing and very helpful. Entertainment is varied however was enjoyable. Activities during the day could be better. I’m very active but only played French bowls twice nothing else which I was disappointed about. The animation team do work hard. Great location from Rhodes town and beach. Beds are comfortable and the mini bar being stocked every morning was a great touch. Cleaners are everyday without fail always a clean room. Nothing really negative to say about hotel, would stay again.

I am currently staying at your hotel been here since Thursday. I am a world wide traveller along with my husband and my elderly father. I feel that considering this is supposed to be a 5 star result or 4 star as Jet 2 rate it. I find that whilst yes the hotel is very big and very clean at all times. There are a number of things that are letting it down. One being the food yes there is a choice if you like certain things but by main concern it is never hot whatever you have. I have to put my dinner in the microwave every meal I have. Two being lack of staff actually knowing anything about what entertainment is on and where. We got told by reception yes every night something is on and on one stage outside or in the other place that I believe is the Oliver centre which I believe to be the pool bar outside I. The opposite direction to the main stage. Never even seen any entertainment staff, normally they would be going around the pool in the day talking to customers, telling them what’s going on to see if use was interested in joining in. Not even seen them at night. I am told to look at the entertainment listed outside on the wall which I have done on a couple of occasions and Said that something was on and then nothing is apart from music playing in the main bar. Then the best thing last night the lounge bar was very busy as it was cold so no one sitting outside but then at gone ten o clock a customer starts going around the tables telling people there is live music playing in the area passed reception where the reps desks are. So go and have a look and yes there is a 7 piece band playing nearly to themselves as it was not advertised. This I believe was the same group that played the other night outside, not the main stage but the other bar and yet again not advertised. Also another major issue is that I took my father into the indoor swimming pool yesterday as it was cold outside and for something to do, but it was very busy with children just running around and jumping in the pool. They were running out of the pool through the spa bear feet and making it dangerous for you to walk on. So we didn’t bother, we did manage to get in there today but it is very dangerous in the pool when the floor is wet, even with shoes on. Yes you have some mats around the pool but no where near enough and none at all near the beds where you put your clothes. I had to hold onto my father as I was afraid of him slipping, which would not have been good . Towels in the room are supposed to be white, well I have better ones at home, they are grey and paper thin and rough.Not good for a so called 5 star hotel and with the backing name of Wyndham of which I have stayed in Las Vegas. I find this very frustrating and very poor for the type of hotel you are. I unfortunately would not be planning to return to this hotel and don’t think I would recommend it to anyone. Also sorry one last thing I find a free safe in the room very good but can not get my head around

Fantastic resort and possibly the best all inclusive we have ever stayed at. The selection, variety and quality of the food were all outstanding. The poolside traditional, authentic wood-fired pizza's, made by Davey, were absolutely amazing. Great service Davey.

Just stayed here for a week and wow the hotel is amazing, me and my boyfriend had room 321 which was a amazing sea view and the sunset was so gorgeous in the evening, we did pay for a side sea view but we got the whole thing, the rooms where so clean and the maids came everyday and cleaned the room and someone came and stocked up the mini bar too! The food was so amazing in the buffet restaurant me and my boyfriend can be quiet fussy with some foods but there was always something for us to eat every night, the desserts where so amazing as well! The buffet is 24 hours where there is a good selection of food after 11pm between 11pm and midnight they do pancakes which again so amazing! The bar staff in the main bar where so lovely constantly taking our orders and bringing us drinks, they got to know our drink orders so well, I didn’t get there names but they where constantly on it with when our drinks were empty they came and asked if we wanted something else straight away! The pool area is so lovely too, you are not meant to reserve your sunbeds but a lot of people started to do it and it got earlier and earlier which is annoying! The evening entertainment was okay not the best really but it was decent. The pool bars are great too good choice of snacks on all day, unlimited ice cream, you are allowed inflatables and ball games in the main pool a lot of people bought inflatables from the on site mini market as did we and we paid €24 for a ring but if you go left outside the hotel on the main road there is 3 supermarkets what sell inflatables for a lot cheaper! Only downside of the hotel was the beach area the sun beds seemed very outdated and they where uncomfortable on the beach and around the pool so maybe they need replacing eventually? The beach is stony so defo bring water shoes if planning on going into the sea like we did! Another downside was the lifts you was constantly waiting for ages and ages for them which didn’t bother us but it did get annoying towards the end and a lot of people got annoyed at the lifts as well! But overall this hotel is amazing and so worth the money, we booked the hotel 3 weeks before we stayed here and it was such a good last minute holiday!
