Excellent experience. Staff are wonderful they can't do enough to ensure your enjoyment, big shout out to Yiannis on reception wonderful man and Georgia in the bar little pocket rocket welcoming everyone and the pool bar staff sorry didn't catch there names but also lovely. The location is fantastic and ultra clean room with everything you need for self catering, although we didn't use it as the pool bar and restaurant was wonderful and good value. We will return next year xxx

The hotel is deems by TUI to be a 3star plus - I don’t know how much they had been drinking when that assessment was made but is is way off. There are 450 people in the hotel and 85 sun beds, 20% of which are broken. I highlighted this to the management and they added 10 sunbeds. The place lacks management, evident from the unhappy workforce here. My advice is look somewhere else if all you want is a relaxing week sat by the pool on a sunbed - you won’t get a sunbed unless you are up at 6am for that jib

We went with four friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely warm welcome from the reception staff. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Room was very nice. We used the pool nearest the cocktail bar as it was quieter than the others. Noted that the pools were no deeper than 1.4m which was ideal for us less confident swimmers. A great stay and would thoroughly recommend it.

Another relaxing stay at a very special place. We stayed in block 4 in a ground floor room. Block 4 is located right by the pool, and it is perfect if you don't want to walk up the hill. Everything you need for a self-catering holiday is in your room. The most comfortable beds and a powerful shower are all we need, and we got it. Our days were spent at the bottom pool, which is less busy than the main top pool and very relaxing. Evening started with drinks in palm cocktail bar, deciding which of the many restaurants that Pefkos has to offer to eat in. And the location is perfect for a stroll to the beach and all the restraunts. You will find everything you need on site. A laundry room, supermarket, pool bar, and Nostalgia restaurant. And shower rooms if you are unable to keep your room and you have a late departure. The staff are super friendly, and every part of the hotel is spotlessly clean. A very special family run hotel that has constant repeat guests. Yes, of course we will return it's just perfect

We were looking forward to a relaxing holiday and were very impressed by the room and cleaniness. Cleaned every day (except Sunday) and towels changed regularly. It was a bit of a hard slog to walk up to our room every day despite the small cable car taking us half way up the hill so bear that in mind (both in our 60’s). Unfortunately the couple next to us were chain smokers so relaxing on the balcony was not an option for us but not the hotels fault. The pool area was not to our liking as the constant music, sometimes quite loud and occasionally inappropriate. ( Playing F*ck You by Lily Allen is hardly child friendly!). There were no quiet areas to be able to relax and read which was our idea of a holiday. Fortunately we found a lovely pool bar nearby and spent our days there instead. The Pefkos Beach Hotel is clean and friendly and I’m sure suits many people but not for us.

First stay at the Pefkos beach hotel Pefkos Lovely hotel,perfect location for the bars and restaurants. Spotless clean rooms and hotel . Fabulous friendly staff, especially Little John-the night receptionist . We looked forward every night to our friendly banter on return from the town What a funny guy 😂😂 Absolutely loved Pefkos already booking for next year If I have to put a negative on this hotel it would be there are a lot of steps to reach some of the rooms even though there is an elevator to take you partially up the hill probably not very suitable for someone with poor mobility After saying this still looking forward to our return Well done to all the staff your all a credit to this hotel

All excellent. Our room (165) had amazing view of the sea. Room very clean and comfortable, good bathroom and kitchen facilities including fridge. Pool lovely and clean. Great breakfasts, not buffet, good choices. Staff friendly, especially Georgia at the pool bar/breakfast and another Georgia in the cocktail bar in the evening who was brilliant. The Nostalgia restaurant was very good, best chicken souvlaki I've ever had. Hotel is in great location, 10 mins tobeach and all restaurants/bars nearby. Bus stop just across the road. Overall great place to stay.

Just came back from a lovely week at Pefkos beach, for a 3 star hotel everything was lovely. Yes there is wear and tear but everything was clean and tidy. Rooms were a good size and beds comfy, cleaners came in daily and changed towels twice a week and made some lovely animals out of them, lovely touch! Spent some time in the pool bar and had B&B and breakfast was always lovely, and was served daily with a smile, as well as the barman in the evenings. They have a poolside bar menu with plenty of choice. Hotel is within easy reach of everything and there is some lovely bars and restaurants around serving some lovely traditional Greek foods. Thank you Pefkos beach you were fantastic and everyone was polite and nothing was too much trouble.

A good, within 2 mins walk of restaurants, shops and maybe 10 mins walk to the beach. There's a lot of restaurants around the area all within walking distance. Pleasant rooms, but beware that some rooms are located high up the hill, accessed by a steep walk or using the funicular railway with luggage. Beds are x2 3ft singles pushed together, pillows are good. Bathrooms/showers are acceptable, although the usual leaks through shower screens, ageing grout between tiles and sink plugs that don't stop water running out. Air con can cost extra. And don't forget, as with most of Greece, no toilet paper down the loo - all paper etc. has to be put in the bins by the toilet. Good pool bar with seating by the pool or under the trees.
