Bu kötü bir otel değil, ama kesinlikle 5 yıldızlı bir otel değil!
Bazı artı noktalar vardı:
Yemek harikaydı, özellikle akşam yemeği.
11. kattaki havuz güzeldi

Şimdi kötü şeyler:
Personel! 11. katta havuz içecekleri servis eden güzel bayan ve ana restoranda bekleyen personelin bir kısmı gibi birkaç istisna vardı, ancak genel olarak personeli oldukça düşmanca ve yararsız bulduk. Çoğu zaman gerçekten daha az umursayamayacaklarını hissettik. Bu özellikle resepsiyon için geçerliydi.
Temizlik oldukça zayıftı. Yataklarımız yapıldı ve havlular değiştirildi, ancak odamız temizlenmedi. Yerler gerçekten tozlu ve saç doluydu. Yatağın altı ve kanepe çok kötüydü. Kirli bardakları ve çatal bıçak takımlarını çıkarmadılar ve yalnızca (bazı) banyo malzemelerini 4 gün sonra değiştirdiler.
Havuz havlularını toplamak/iade etmek için gülünç bir sistem! Sadece belirli saatlerde spada yapılabilir, 11. kattaki havuzu kullananlar veya saat 10.00'dan önce yüzmek isteyenler kullanamaz. Çoğu kişi kendi
Konaklamamıza 2 alakart yemek dahildir. Daha güzel restoranı önceden ayırtmaya çalıştık ama hayır söylendi. Ama vardığımızda akşam yemeği yuvası kalmamıştı. Biraz dolandırıcılık!
Kasabaya giden otobüs durağına yaya erişimi yok, karanlıkta çok tehlikeli olan yolda yürüyorsunuz.
Ana havuzda gerçekten yüksek sesli kulüp müziği - 18-30 arası bir kulüp oteli için daha uygun!

This is a great hotel, very relaxing, lots of space around numerous pools. My deluxe room was really spacious, great sea views, comfy bed. I had AI Plus, I highly recommend having the three ‘posh’ meals with this package (I think available if you stay 7 nights) the Greek, Italian and Mediterranean restaurants were indeed a treat, with super service and gorgeous food. The staff make this hotel worth staying in, the famous Greek hospitality is always on offer - special mentions to Antonio in the 10th floor restaurant and Marianne at the 11th floor pool bar - both looked after me and I felt like a VIP! Thank you, I will definitely return Janet x

Pros: Great location, breakfast is good, staff are amazing, rooms are a good size, hotel decor is nice, general service is quick, free sauna and steam room, would definitely recommend. Cons: Indoor pool is not heated and quite small and the food was average. The private beach is a few minutes walk and nice but rocky. We also used the spa facilities and had some treatments which was a 5/5 experience. My masseuse Maria was amazing - thank you for the experience!!

We booked this trip only the week before we came, I couldn’t be more pleased. The hotel is beautiful, the food delicious and the people of Rhodes are just so friendly (genuinely so). I have just had a wonderful massage in the gorgeous spa by Maria…it was fantastic. I recommend her highly, she has great hands and hones in on your problem areas. As a physio myself, I couldn’t have asked for more, thank you ☺️

The hotel is modern and very clean, although some outside areas and central areas need some attention. Staff were always so helpful and cheerful. The buffet food- there was a big selection of all sorts of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were a little disappointed that only one of the a la carte restaurants was open on one night only during our stay, when their website gives no indication they don’t open until later in the season (the choice of a la cartes was one of the reasons we booked here). The only other negative was the hotel is situated on a main road along the beachfront and so was very noisy, even during the night and especially when by the poolside area on the ground floor- recommend relaxing by the upstairs pool. We had a lovely break here, thank you to all the staff.

I got the face treatment from Maria, she was very professional and did an amazing job. The place itself is very beautiful and calming.there is a soothing atmosphere from the moment you enter the area, from music to decor. Would definitely recommend.

I signed up for a Cretan body massage, full body scrub and Japanese facial at the Aegean Spas during my stay in Rhodes Bay Hotel and Spa - all the treatments were excellent and my therapist Maria was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend her.

when i come here my back is hurting but after the massage i feel relaxed and my pain is decreased i am very appreciative and massage is great i recommend everyone to go there and get a massage the personals are very positive and smiling and thanks to my therapist maria for good experience and good massage

Rhodes Bay Hotel is not a five star. I travelled with my husband, 12 year old daughter and her friend. We booked one of the bungalows. It was like something you’d expect from Pontins. We paid £400 to upgrade to a duplex room with an upstairs. We arrived at 1am on the morning no food or drink available and when we complained to reception about our room they advised to come back tomorrow, basically pass the complaint to the day staff. The pools are lovely but considering it’s April and there’s 2 serving behind the bar, expect to wait around 10 minutes even with no queue. Also my daughter waited in the queue and got completely ignored by the rude woman with an attitude. They are too busy asking for room numbers and making you sign for the receipt even though you’re all inclusive. The food is basic and if you want to go to the Italian you have to pay. Wouldn’t come back here.
