Sheraton'ın markası üst düzeydir. Varış günü gemi sabah erkenden Rhode Island'a vardığı için saat 7'de otele vardık ve boş oda yoktu. Ön bürodaki adam bize önce misafir odalarının hazırlanması gerektiğini ve misafirler çıkış yapar yapmaz temizlenip giriş yapmamız için düzenleme yapılacağını bildirdi. Resepsiyondaki adam beklerken sıkıldığımızı görünce kahvaltı isteyip istemediğimizi sordu ve bizi kahvaltıya götürdü. Yani sipariş yerine geldiği için bize bedava kahvaltı verdi. Giriş gününde kahvaltı dahil değildir Çok kullanıcı dostu ve büyüktü.

We did book a Garden View room but did receive an upgrade to Sea View room upon check-in. Thank you!!
Unfortunately, the wifi was very poor inside the room. We informed reception and even a technician came but eventually it wasn’t (or couldn’t) be fixed. Also, the master switch to switch off the main light, switches off half off the power sockets. The technician fixed it with extension cables. Thank you!!!
We were pretty disappointed with the breakfast. Coffee was not tasty (filter and also machine), scrambled eggs made from powder; fried mushrooms were canned mushrooms; not one decent dark bread was offered; fruits and vegetables we tried were not tasty; and overall the same selection every day.
most of the staff was wonderful.

We were very happy with the Sheraton Rhodes Resort. We had a spacious sea view room which was very nice. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good and again the wait staff very attentive and friendly. We stayed here for 5 days and had a great time.

Stayed for 5 nights, and Overall for a hotel that brands itself as 5 star, we felt a 4 star was more justified. The main reception was lovely but unfortunately it did not reflect on the rest of the hotel.
We stayed in a standard room with a sea view, room itself was a decent size and the bed was a great size and comfortable. However the pillows were so worn down and a massive pain to sleep on leaving us with neck pains.
Great bathroom and shower pressure was fantastic.
One feedback for the pool area, would be to have a member of staff collecting guests empties as tables were always seen to be full.
Besides a very rocky/pebbled beach, it was easy access to the beach and the area was lovely.

I liked the hotel, services and polite staff. The location is not so good, it is quite far from the city and public transportation is poor.

It was not bad, except the resteraunt food led to food poisoning the first day. In addition, resteraunt staff hD no clue I paid with charge card rather than charge to room.

If you have stayed in a 5-star hotel before, you will know this is not one regarding the room. An average 3-star room would be more correct, if even that. Otherwise the hotel is ok, including the staff and breakfast, which was really good. Fortunately the price was not the one of a 5-star hotel.

Comfortable room. Quite a distance from Rhodes town for sightseeing. Menus at restaurants generally poor, not great choice. Quality and variety at breakfast was poor.

The front desk specifically Elda Mehmeti were very helpful and patient.
The Entertainment staff who organized activities such as water polo, volleyball and more were great.
