Lindos Mare, Seaside Hotel

We stayed here for our 4th time last July. The hotel is so special to us as we got engaged at Lindos Mare in 2019 and last year came back to stay for 2 weeks for our wedding next door at Ktima ❤️ We are a young couple in our 30’s and continue to come back year after year. The hotel has gone up in price over the years (like everything has) but it is completely worth it, it is perfect in every way. It’s beautifully decorated throughout and spotlessly clean. The food accross all restaurants is first class especially Pelagos both at lunch time and in the evenings. Waking up to the beatiful view every morning never gets old. It is even more beautiful when the sun is setting. The staff are all amazing and we look forward to seeing them every year. You are 5 minutes from Lindos town in a taxi which has a lovely selection of bars and restaurants. We usually always explore the island and hire a car or moped. We love it so much we have booked again to come back for our 5th stay this July.

I had a wonderful stay at Lindos Mare and met a lot of people who were repeat guests which is always a good sign. The hotel is “terraced” down the hillside with various steps, lifts and even a funicular to help you get about. The rooms are arranged in small blocks and there are pools, restaurants and other facilities at various levels, all softened with beautiful planting. The hotel is very clean and the food is of a very high quality. The beach is beautiful with plenty of loungers, as are both pools. The staff are very friendly and your satisfaction is important to them.

We had such a wonderful and relaxing time during our week here. The hotel is in a fabulous and very quiet location. All the staff were always welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were very pleased to be upgraded to a lovely suite overlooking the sea. Thank you so much for that! We were never disturbed by any other guests when in our room. The food choices were fantastic and it was great to be able to eat in all 3 restaurants. There were always sun beds available on the beach and I loved the waiter service! We felt really spoiled and so relaxed by the end of the week. Thank you all!

Another phenomenal stay at Lindos Mare. My son and I arrived approximately 2 weeks after the end of the fires. The hotel and surrounding areas are all perfectly safe. The hotel from Mr Paros, with Efi (who has been a true superstar in helping me rebook my visit), through all the team, have made the stay so so special. I can’t wait to go again.

Hotel is lovely modern and welcoming. Clean and tidy. Pool areas are always presented beautifully. The beach is sandy and plenty of space between sun bed. The sea is warm and inviting. There is service on the beach which you can order by phone. Food at the hotel is top notch buffet offers lots of homemade choice. And the ala carte restaurants are impeccable. If half board you can swap your buffet dinner for a free ala carte option once per week of your stay. The Staff are amazing even through a tough time with the forest fires during our stay which we’re affecting their own homes and families. We felt safe in their guidance and offered us lots of reassurance to help us feel comfortable. They made a fuss of our 2 year old every day which was lovely. The staff make this hotel what it is. Would come back in a heart beat.

Staff and facilities absolutely brilliant. Not so much for young kids but couldn't ask for more teenagers and adults. 5 min taxi ride to lindos which has a huge selection of restaurants. Loads of bad press in the UK about rip off cafes/restaurants - we never, never experienced anyone trying to take advantage. Great hotel, country and people. Thanks

This place is excellent. An easy taxi or bus ride (right outside hotel) to Lindos or Rhodes). Pool is safe and clean the kids loved it far more than the beach, so we spent most days by the pool. Services are excellent both in restaurant and at poolside for drinks and food. This is probably the best hotel in Lindos, if you’re coming with a family then it’s perfect. Our kids were 8 & 7 and they already can’t wait to return.

Myself and partner have just arrived home from our visit to Lindos Mare with his family and I’ve never been so sure I will be re visiting a hotel! The week was absolute bliss, mostly due to the incredible & personal service given to us by the hotel staff. From the second we set foot in the hotel we were treated fabulously, with the porters carrying all our luggage & giving us champagne upon arrival. The views from the hotel are spectacular and made the long day of travel instantly fade away. In the main restaurant we were greeted at every meal by Stella, the most sunny friendly person we’ve ever come across who made us feel welcome at all times. Savas the Maitre’D always had a joke for us and the entire team were accommodating and helpful. There was a wide range of food available that catered to every need and the menu changed each night. On one night we swapped our usual buffet meal in the main restaurant for an 11 course taster menu meal down at the beach restaurant and it was absolutely exquisite. The hotels private beach was stunning and a special mention must be made for Andrei who delivered drinks directly to the sun beds with a kind word each time. We spent most evenings at the pool bar (which had some good entertainment every other night - but would be an idea for the hotel to keep the a**osphere up by having a disco or at least some more upbeat music once the live acts finish). Giorgios - one of the waiters at the pool bar - was one of the main reasons we kept returning to the bar thanks to his friendly attitude and fab service. All in all, the hotel ticked every box and some that we didn’t even know we had. We absolutely cannot wait to return and see the friendly faces that we came to love over the week! And enjoy the luxury of the beautiful hotel. Thank you so much Lindos Mare team!

This hotel couldn't have been more perfect for us to celebrate our anniversary! The service, views, rooms and food were all on top form. The staff were always so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and I felt a true 5 star service. The staff made our stay even more special by leaving a gift in our room to celebrate our anniversary, a lovely touch! We would recommend a pool view room and to visit both a la carte restaurants!
