From the moment we arrived we were treated well and wowed by the spectacular foyer and welcoming reception area. The check in was smooth and we were very kindly assisted to our room by a very pleasant concierge who graciously declined our offer of a tip, saying that it wasn't needed. We arrived late at night, after the restaurants had closed but they provided sandwiches and drinks to satiate us overnight. The staff were very pleasant and always greeted us with a smile. The all inclusive buffet was extensive and varied, so you could try something different from the available selection each day. (NB: I think if you were staying longer than a week you might find the overall selection repeats and you could feel a little limited). The cocktail were good and plentiful as was the ever smiling service. Our booking in the a-la-carte restaurant was a very pleasant evening indeed. The food was very tasty good quality and elegantly presented. My wife enjoyed the full 'Fabulous' facial and the spa staff were extremely pleasant. Shout out to Evi and Ausra for the exceptional warmth and friendship they have shown to us too. The local buses were easy to navigate to nearby towns or places of interest and there were taxis available for those more specific places. I would certainly recommend this hotel if you would like to kick back and enjoy quality nightly poolside entertainment, a great ambience, beautiful scenery and a great eating and drinking experience.

Amazing spa treatment done by Aggelio I would recommend him to everyone, nice, easy and just what I wanted, 10/10 experience and relaxing!

Extremely disappointing. Here for a quiet holiday with my husband but couldn’t be more opposite. Nowhere. to escape noise in the hotel or grounds. If you are looking for somewhere to relax and recharge your batteries then avoid this hotel. There is 1 bar open in the evening that has loud live music and even if you want to have a drink, there is nowhere near enough seating. There is 1 quiet pool that has 16 beds for the whole complex. All of which are booked with towels which is actually against hotel policy. Unless you hire a car, there is nowhere pleasant to walk too. Don’t be fooled by glossy hotel website. Also. the wine for the all inclusive is the worst I have ever tasted. The red wine looks like rose but tastes like vinegar. The only positive is that the bed is comfortable, the shower is good and the staff are really lovely and helpful and friendly.Still here for a few days be feels like a complete waste of money.

I cannot rate the staff at this hotel highly enough, such lovely people, always so happy to help. They really give their all and it was fantastic to see. The room was clean and cool, the pool areas were great and the food was good quality. We had some brilliant massages in the spa. I would have liked to see more equipment and air con in the gym and some kind of quiet area away from the music (which is playing almost everywhere). No need for music on the beach, I love the sound of the sea! I would like to suggest that the hotel take on some TNR for the local stray cats. I could see that some cats had been neutered and ear tipped but the male cats were still in tact and were spraying very stinky smells around the area. It would be a massive positive for me to see the hotel taking an active part in keeping them all healthy and it would make the hotel much less stinky in places! Overall it was a great stay.

Whilst this is a review about the hotel, it is mainly about the spa services they have there. the massage that I had was possibly the best massage i have had. friendly customer service, you’re greeted with kindness etc. The massage itself was amazing. great pressure, great focus on every area on the body as it was a “full body” massage. However i had just the standard massage which cost me €50 and it was 50 minutes long. This is the most basic massage i believe and still i was blown away by the still of the therapist. Her name is Panagiota, if you use the spa services/massage, i highly recommend asking for her.

The hotel is great and clean, rooms are luxurious and food was amazing. More Non alcoholic cocktails would be great. I had a great massage with Panagiota, she was nice, friendly and the massage was the perfect amount of pressure. The spa was also well-kept

Staff were great on arrival, at the restaurant, and in the spa. However, had to walk away from the front desk since after being ignored despite 5 free members of staff present having a chat. Restaurant staff are lovely but you have to queue to get in and then again inside to get the food. We’ve eaten/drank out for most meals and ended up buying our own alcohol and the food is completely random and the drinks are bad (wine and cocktails undrinkabke) The queues for drinks are crazy. Only saving grace has been the spa.. Which obvs costs but the customer service is great and had the best treatments from Eva 10/10! Would defo recommend the spa. Hotel is nice and modern and the rooms are clean. But prob the worst I’ve been to for all inclusive food/drinks.

This hotel has some pluses and minuses. We had a really nice good size room well fitted out except very little storage so clothes stayed in our bags on the floor. Nice garden with good pool facilities and an abundance of free sun loungers throughout the day. Catering is mainly through a large dining room resembling a shopping mall food hall. The buffet food was a good selection and reasonable quality. Whilst this was ok for breakfast and lunch it was not what we would expect for an evening dining experience in a hotel of this rating (more like 2/3 star). When we checked in we were informed that the other small restaurants in the hotel were already fully booked for the period of our stay - we later discovered that our preferred one was not being fully utilised - so something wrong there, The main bar was inadequate for the size of the hotel and there was often a line of 20+ guests queuing for drinks - not a good look when you enter the hotel. The staff were excellent, helpful and very friendly. I would not make a return visit.

The hotel was amazing, lived up to expectation, an amazing pool and great food. The spa in particular, Tsabika especially great customer service😀 very welcoming and friendly. Would recommend it a place of relaxation, good for couples and general place for a great break
