Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort and Villas

I don’t know where to start with this hotel! It is nothing short of exceptional. The hotel staff are a core element of this hotel’s experience. Thank you to Davida, Savas, Sotiris, and Spiros with whom we had great conversation with everyday at breakfast. Davida is exemplary at her job and really cares about the guests. The endless options for breakfast are just divine, you will eat like kings and queens at breakfast time! Gabriella on reception pretty much helped us plan our entire holiday with her fantastic suggestions. She was very caring and kind. Thanks Gabriella for suggesting to rent a car - it really made a difference to our holiday. I would recommend renting a car to anyone who stays here at Atrium Palace as it’s a little further down the island. Having a car really offers you more freedom to explore the island. The bar staff were also friendly and kind. Beatrice and Polina were two staff members that really stood out for us - thank you both for serving us our drinks with a smile. The hotel entertainment every night was something we always looked forward to. Anything from rock bands to Latin dancing! There’s a must-visit restaurant within walking distance of the hotel “Alli Fasi 1907”. This is owned by Tomas, the brother of hotel staff Lukas, who was also very friendly. The food in this restaurant was incredible! The best Greek food we tasted all holiday. As it happens we visited the local town Stegna and just happened to eat at the restaurant “To Kyma“ of which is owned by the brother of the manager Savas. I would highly recommend. We loved the family connections surrounding the hotel - it truly feels like you’re part of a community. Of course I have to mention the food at the hotel was super tasty! We simply tended to eat dinner out more often than in. The pool area in the hotel is fab, so many pools to choose from. We used the gym everyday which was great to keep up our usual gym routine while on holidays. Also the beach being like literally 200m from the hotel was just fantastic. Overall I simply can not fault our stay here. From start to finish our entire stay was flawless. Can’t wait to visit here again!!

Die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich, die Betten sehr bequem und die nächtliche Ruhe lässt einen hervorragend schlafen. Jedes Mitglied des Hotelteams ist unwahrscheinlich nett und hilfsbereit!!! (auch gern mal zu Scherzen aufgelegt.) Die Küche bietet soviele köstliche Gerichte an, dass die Auswahl sehr schwer fällt. Garten- und Poolanlagen sind gepflegt und weitläufig. Am angrenzenden Kieselstrand findet man kostenlose Liegen mit Sonnenschutz, wunderbar klares Wasser sowie eine kleine-aber feine - Strandbar! Wir sind zum 5. und bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal hier !

Truly remarkable…. Let me start with by saying this is by far the best place we’ve stayed in our 29 years of travel! From clean rooms, spotless showers and toilet facilities. Coffee machines, satellite TVs, silent AC units. The biggest array of hot and cold foods, fresh meat cooked in front of you. Huge selection of foods to cater for all, nice selection of deserts. The pool is special with a pool bar in the middle, paradise! No grumpy staff members always have time for a chat and greeted with a smile. OUTSTANDING! So I stayed here in August 2023 with my wife and at the time was very impressed and indeed delighted with the choice we made. This was a quick getaway and with very little planning we ended up at the Atrium. It was a the height of summer and the Atrium was busy, however the level of attention and care by the whole team was beyond anything we experienced. So we decided to take our summer holidays at the Atrium and we were really disappointed being able to get a booking due to hotel being at capacity. I’d only been here a couple of months ago, This was my families first experience of Greece as we always opted for Spain. However, we couldn’t get accommodation and opted for another hotel not too far from the Atrium that claimed to be a 5*……couldn’t be further from the truth!! We arrived at 3am and at 3:06am I emailed Lefteris and pleaded with him that we cannot stay in this location. My children were so upset at the standard of that hotel and asked if we could home, that was truly heartbreaking. We slept for a few hours and at 9.06am I received an email from Lefteris, ‘Sir we at capacity and the hotel is full but we will accommodate you and your family…’ I was half through my breakfast, left it there and made a dash for the room to collect our belongings. I was so happy and we all jumped into our rented car and drove the 5 minutes down the road. We were greeted with huge smile from Nina on reception desk, we had a great experience from Nina from our first stay. She was so happy to see us and we were so happy to see her. My kids were amazed with the reception Nina gave us and taken back by the beautiful reception area. As we were checking in Mr Lefteris Konstantinou appeared and greeted us in person. I was so grateful to Mr Lefteris and thanked him for taking us in peak season. I could see my kids were happier and upon entering the room they were buzzing and excited. This hotel is by far the best we’ve stayed in 29 years of holidays, the cleanliest is impeccable. From the concierge staff to high management they all have the time to talk and smile. Mr Savvas Papantoniou is the Public Relations Manager, he always made contact with everyone. He would greet all guest during meal times in a very polite manner and always asked if there is anything he could help us with. Fabulous hotel. Has everything you can ever want. We loved the “one of a kind service”. Everyone was so polite and went above and beyond to meet everyone’s needs. Buffet was great as well. Great selection of authentic Greek dishes. Bar stuff were awesome and the drink’s selection was perfect. Mr Savvas and the rest of the team were always around to make sure we had everything we needed. Entertainment was on point and we loved the animation team that kept those good summer vibes going. Καταρχάς μιλάμε για ένα πανέμορφο ξενοδοχείο που ο περιβάλλων χώρος του είναι απίστευτα προσεγμένος με ύπαρξη καλλωπιστικών φυτών σε όλη του την έκταση! Από την πρώτη στιγμή άφιξης στο ξενοδοχείο μας υποδέχτηκαν με απίστευτη ευγένεια και ζεστασιά! Αυτό διήρκεσε όλες τις ημέρες τις διαμονής μας όπου όλο το προσωπικό ήταν άμεσα στη διάθεσή μας με ευγένεια κι επαγγελματισμό! Ιδιαίτερα πρέπει να τονίσω τη συνεχή παρουσία του Διευθυντή κ. Απόστολου Ελευθερόπουλου, αλλά και του Διευθυντή Δημοσίων Σχέσεων κ. Σάββα Παπαντωνίου οι οποίοι ήταν εκεί για να δώσουν τον καλύτερο τους εαυτό σε προκύπτοντα ζητήματα. Δεν είναι τυχαίο λοιπόν που το ξενοδοχείο είναι άριστο σε όλα! Η διαμονή μας στη βίλα 726 ήταν καλύτερη από ότι περιμέναμε εγώ κι η οικογένεια μου! Ολοκαίνουργιος χώρος, ολοκάθαρος με όλες τις παροχές που μπορεί να υπάρχουν για μια άνετη και πολυτελή διαμονή! Η πισίνα του δωματίου ολοκάθαρη και όλα τα έπιπλα εξωτερικού χώρου καινούργια και υψηλού επιπέδου! Απίστευτο room service με ερωτήσεις 2 φορές την ημέρα αν χρειαζόμαστε κάτι άλλο. Ο χώρος spa απίστευτα σχεδιασμένος για να χαλαρώσει κάποιος και οι υπάλληλοι απλά υπέροχες σε όλα!!! Γενικά η καλύτερη διαμονή που θα μπορούσα να προτείνω σε κάποιον στο νησί της Ρόδου!!!!

ich hatte das Vergnügen, im Atrium Palace zu übernachten und meine Erfahrung war einfach fantastisch. Hier sind die Highlights meiner Reise: Ausgezeichneter Service: Das Personal im Atrium Palace ist ein absolutes Juwel. Sie waren stets aufmerksam, freundlich und bereit, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Egal, ob es um ein zusätzliches Kissen ging oder um die Buchung eines Mietwagen, sie waren immer zur Stelle. Große Getränke- und Weinauswahl: Die Auswahl an Getränken und Weinen war beeindruckend. Egal, ob man sich für einen erfrischenden Cocktail am Pool oder einen feinen griechischen Wein zum Abendessen entschied, es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas Passendes. Genügend Liegen mit eigenen Sonnenschirmen: Entspannung pur! Es gab genügend Liegen rund um den Pool und am Strand, alle mit eigenen Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet. So konnte man sich jederzeit zurücklehnen und die Sonne genießen, ohne sich Sorgen um einen Platz machen zu müssen. Sehr gepflegte Einrichtung: Die Einrichtung des Hotels war makellos und sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Von den öffentlichen Bereichen bis hin zu den Zimmern war alles sehr gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Eigene App für Bestellungen und Reservierungen: Die Hotel-App war ein absolutes Highlight. Mit nur wenigen Klicks konnte ich Essen und Getränke direkt an meine Strandliege bestellen oder Tischreservierungen für das Abendessen vornehmen. Das sparte nicht nur Zeit, sondern machte den gesamten Aufenthalt noch bequemer. Manager Savvas Papantoniou: Ein besonderer Dank geht an den Manager Savvas Papantoniou, der sich persönlich um das Wohlergehen der Gäste kümmert. Seine Bemühungen, alle Wünsche umzusetzen, haben meinen Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich gemacht. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im Atrium Palace eine wahre Freude. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen, der nach einem erstklassigen All-Inclusive-Erlebnis in Griechenland sucht.

Hervorragendes Hotel mit schöner Anlage und tollem Essen. Das Team um Savvas Papantoniou war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfbereit. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und hatten von der erste Minute an Urlaubsfeeling. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub mit hohem Erholungsfaktor.

Amazing stay in this hotel, which combines luxury with a relaxed atmosphere where everyone feels at ease. We enjoyed a room with access to the swimming pool (very clean, great towel service), and we also spent time at the beach - reachable by a small walk along a nice path with ceramic tiles :) We were taken care of by a great staff - special thanks to the Hotel Manager Apostolos, Front Office Manager Lefteris, and Public Relations Manager Savvas - because they were very kind to follow up on our specific requests and really went the extra mile to ensure us the comfort we expected :))) We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet - the large choice of food and kind staff. Just to mention - we are coming back this summer :))
