Southern Dreams Apartments

This is by far the best place in Greece I've ever stayed. The most well equipped, spacious apartments with beautiful sea views and gorgeous pool area. We hired out the whole block for a wedding party and nobody had a bad thing to say about the accommodation the whole time we were there. Tsampika and Kostas cannot do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble and they make sure your holiday is nothing short of perfect. Rooms were big and modern, beds were comfortable and the rooms had everything you needed for a home from home stay, including a dishwasher and washing machine! Toastie maker was a great touch- my little boys lived on them! The terraces all had space for a large table and sunloungers, and the balconies upstairs are also spacious and offer the best views. The pool area is lovely with lots of sun beds and parasols and the bar is well equipped and reasonably priced. The village of gennadi was the perfect base for us with the right amount of bars and restaurants, all family friendly and great value for money. My entire family would highly recommend Southern Dreams apartments and 100% will be back in the (hopefully not too distant) future! 🥰

Apartments have everything - and more -you need, a true home from home. Tsampika is so attentive to detail and it shows, they are missing nothing! Great comfy bed (slept the best in years) a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher (and tablets so you can use!) with toaster and even toasty machine. Lovely lounge chill out area with TV and a super large balcony with good quality wood furniture . The bathroom boasts a lovely shower area and power shower and towels galore (even a washing machine) Situated on the outskirts of buzzing and rustic Gennadi its a 6 min walk away yet stunningly peaceful with amazing sea views. What makes these apartments special is the owners Tsampika and Kostas, who have thought of every detail to make your holiday special. Arrived back hone tonight and will not hesitate to return ...hopefully soon !

Just finished a 10 day stay in southern dreams apartments. We are a family of 5 and can honestly stay it was one of the best places we have ever stayed on holiday. We booked southern dreams because our initial accommodation fell through and we were a bit apprehensive at first because the reviews seemed too good to be true. But our stay was better than we could have imagined. The hosts Tsampika and Kostas were so welcoming. They asked for our arrival times and met us when we arrived. The apartment was spotless, two bedrooms and a large kitchen/sitting room. Outside we had a large seating area with a table and sun loungers as well as a smaller lounge area that we didn’t use at all. The kitchen had everything you would need, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans a dolce gusto coffee maker and a coffee percolator. The also left tea/coffee and sugar as well as some dishwasher table o get us started. In the fridge we were left a large bottle of water and some chilled beers to welcome us. The bathroom was large with twin sinks a washing machine and a hairdryer. We were provided with a set of towels for the apartment as well as larger towels for the beach/pool. The apartment was cleaned every 2/3 days and we could get fresh towels whenever we needed them. In the evening we enjoyed a cocktail or two made my kostas. Tsampika and Kostas we’re always on hand for anything we needed, they have great recommendations for restaurants, beaches and even where to park when we went to Rhodes. We hope to visit again some day.

Never have we ever felt so compelled to write a review and we can honestly say hand on our hearts that Southern Dreams is one of the best places we have ever stayed whilst on holiday. Having read the other reviews before coming, we thought it would be too good to be true however it delivered in every way imaginable. We were first time parents on our first ever holiday abroad with our 8month old baby and Southern Dreams was the perfect place for our family. Tsampika and Kostas looked after us so well during our stay and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Nothing was ever too much for them, they are the most welcoming and helpful hosts we have met. Their recommendations of places to eat and visit were all exceptional. The facilities were amazing, everything was very clean and tidy and their housekeeper was incredibly accommodating. The bar was such a welcome addition, Kostas makes the best cocktails! The location of the apartments is perfect, so close to the local village with a fantastic bakery and choice of tavernas plus a nearby beach. The views are just idyllic, waking up to the sea every morning was heavenly- we were so sad to leave! Normally we don't return to places once we have visited however we are already planning and eagerly anticipating our next stay at Southern Dreams! L appartement est très bien situé, nous pouvions profitez au calme. Il y avait tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La literie est confortable,le nettoyage reguliers des essuis,des draps et l appartement ,est au top. Petite attention dans le frigo, à notre arrivée, jus d orange,eau,un bouteille de vin. Les hôtes, sont aux petits soin avec les clients. Je recommande pour les personnes voulant passer des vacances de qualité au calme. Je recommande également de manger au restaurant"le pelicanos " situé à 10min en voiture de l hôtel.c est le restaurant typique grecque,ou l on peut savourer de délicieux plats fait maison.C' est le restaurant famillial des hôtes . Nous avons passé de super vacances!
