Paradise Garden

We had a great stay at Paradise Gardens, it is so peaceful The staff are extremely helpful and fast to deal with any issues that we had. When we first arrived we did have a couple of issues but within less than an hour everything was sorted. You don't get service like that at most places. The guy who looks after the gardens works hard every day to keep it looking great as does the pool man. Points to note are it is a long walk into Kolymbia itself and having a car or bike is probably the best idea. There is a well equipped supermarket almost next door to the apartments which is also a bonus. The bus which could take you anywhere on the island stops right outside. We don't have anything negative to say about our stay, it's not fancy but it's clean, tidy well run and so peaceful.

My stay at this hotel had both positive and negative aspects. Firstly, the check-in process was inconvenient. The manager owns two hotels, so you have to text them and wait for them to come over, which was frustrating. However, once checked in, we found the room very nice, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette with a freezer, dishwasher, and even a laundry machine in the bathroom. Additionally, we had a private pool, which was enjoyable, though it was quite slippery but did come with floaties. There were several issues that need addressing. The bathroom door was difficult to lock and unlock and required a key to lock it. The air conditioning units were quite loud, and one didn't work that well and one would cause the fuse to trip. The noise from the nearby roads was disruptive at night, and we encountered several cockroaches and ants despite there being no food around. The WiFi was quite slow, especially in the mornings. Housekeeping services were lacking as they did not clean the room daily. Guests are also expected to ***** the sheets and empty the bins before leaving. If your flight is after check-out time, don't expect to stay longer without a significant charge—over €100 for just two additional hours. They also charge for pool use after check-out and for luggage storage. Additionally, the hotel requires an inspection of your room before you leave, which must be scheduled no more than 30 minutes before checkout. I booked the inspection for exactly 30 minutes before my checkout time, but the staff was 15 minutes late, causing further inconvenience. On a positive note, the hotel's location is convenient with a supermarket nearby and a handful of restaurants, including a road stop café that is open 24 hours. Kolympia town is just a 20-minute walk away, and there is a bus stop nearby for easy access to other areas. Despite these issues, the hotel offers good value for money. If you are willing to overlook these inconveniences, it can be a decent place to stay.

Thank you for a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend staying here for a number of reasons. It is very easy to get to Rhodes Town and Lindos by bus and is next to a supermarket for food. The Pool is lovely and the rooms where very confrontable to stay in. Cooking facilities where great too. The owners have been so kind after helping us after the wild fires here in Rhodes and have been very accommodating to our needs. Thank you Petros and Sophia for all your help.

The staff at Paradise Gardens were fantastic. Everywhere was clean and the pool and facilities were great! Could not recommend more for a visit with friends or family. Staff go above and beyond to help us when needed, giving advice.

Ένα πολύ καλό και value for money ξενοδοχείο ιδανικό για οικογένειες! Καινούργιο με πολύ όμορφη πισίνα και σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το κέντρο της πόλης των Κολυμπίων. Αυτό που μας έκανε πολύ θετική εντύπωση είναι η θέληση τόσο του προσωπικού όσο και των ιδιοκτητών του ξενοδοχείου να εξυπηρετήσουν κάθε αίτημα σχετικό με τη διαμονή μας. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να περάσει όμορφες διακοπές στη Ρόδο!
