Just dont do it it is absoulutley disgusting do not believe the photographs or the write ups online do not book this sh#### hole or the the sister hotel Dodeca sea resort Trust me you will regret it

We spent a lovely time here. Beautiful large room with jetted bathtub, fridge, Kitchenette and shower. I have been to Greece several times, but I hevent met The kind, helpful staff there yet. Everyone was really great. Food smaller selection but very testy. The children especially liked it. Sufficient for me. I have alway choses. Quality juce and lokal wine. For seafood, I always ho to a restaurant in town once during my stay. Beautiful warm sea, pebble beach. Close to The town Rhodos where we took buses.We would like to come back.

We were placed in this hotel by easyJet following our flight home being cancelled, the pool is nice and cold and also clean The first room we had was very good but we were moved half way through our stay to a room that had truly seen better days and was infested with mosquitoes. The food and drink was ok but the choice very small for both maybe 2 main dishes in the evening and 2 at lunch which is odd for a supposed 4 star hotel The staff were friendly and helpful and if you were only staying for the staff this would be the place

Over all we had a lovely holiday at the Residence. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the facilities were very good. It would have been nice to have had some entertainment on some of the evenings, but there was also lots happening in the area just a short walk away.

It was alright, personal service was good, but there were ants and they bit us in the bed. The toilet didnt Flush down the toilet paper, took like 5 tries before it did Flush. The pool left yellow marks on my bathshorts. Restaurants around was good, but they removed stuff like chocolate cereals at breakfast which was disappointing. The TV didn’t work at all. The balcony was good, a small fridge and good AC.

The hotel is below expectations The food is very bad, the services also bad, they didn't clean the room, the pool is clean. i don't recommend it as an all inclusive resort, we ate at other restaurants outside the hotel! The pool bar is very poor

Go to this hotel. You will find the most extraordinary, discreet, polite, warm, helpful staff. These people struggle, every second, with professionalism, to keep alive a beautiful hotel, near the beach, with a clean swimming pool. I have read older reviews, some of them proved unfair. I chose to take the risk, although my 79-year-old mother is also in our group of 5. I won a wonderful vacation. Spacious, clean rooms. Very tasty Greek food, cooked slowly, fresh, salads, fruits, at all three meals. Two bars open between 10 and 23, good coffe all day long, soft and alcohool drinks. And that's how I fell in love with the island of Rhodes and its people .

After reading reviews we were a bit worried, we had nothing to worry about!!!!! The hotel was lovely. Spotlessly clean. We were AI food was lovely I'd suggest a microwave in area I like my food really hot but the staff had no problem heating it up for me. All the staff hear were so nice nothing was to much bother for them. Well done guys we had a lovely stay :)

This is anything but a 4 star hotel. The descriptions of the hotel are misleading. The second part of the hotel is derelict. You can see broken furniture and old mattresses piled up in the second part across the road. The brochures in reception show it was renovated in 2013. The rooms are in a poor state of repair the showers leak, the tioiet leaks, the paint was peeling off both apartment doosr, The floors were damaged, under the beds wasn't cleaned, No cups, glasses etc. Our taxi driver was surprised when we gave him the hotel name and address. He was surprised it was open it having been closed for a number of years. Also in a local restaurant they were surprised it was open. We stayed all inclusive and ended up eating out as the food was very poor, the drinks of poor quality served in tiny plastic cups. For a tiny amount more We could have stayed across the road in a 4 star property that was fabulous by comparison Giving a bad review is difficult because of the staff. They are the only redeeming feature of the hotel as it is now. They are so helpful and considerate They try so hard. They try to facilitate you in every possible way. The hotel has potential but it needs a complete overhaul. It is very unfair and misleading to describe it as something it is not. We could have spent a little more and gotten so much more elsewhere. Or gone B&B in a fabulous hotel for less. Renovate it, do good food and give the staff the hotel they deserve and give the customers what they have been promised.
