Very clean, comfortable and well maintained hotel. Personnel were very nice too. Loved the room layout and comfortable bed. Breakfast was simple but quality offerings. It was a very good value and we will stay here again when visiting the area.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Shout out to the Manager, Ginger, who personally helped us look for a lost shirt that was part of my daughter's NCA Cheer attire. She went above and beyond to try to find it personally. Also, thank you to Dominica (?) at the breakfast who was very helpful and had a wonderful smile to greet us in the morning. She was also kind enough to help me practice my Spanish! The double queen suites are nice and roomy. Perfect for a stay of 5+ days.

It’s not a bad place, it’s just oversold as an excellent place. It was important for me to get a walk in shower and they had said yes ahead of my arrival. That didn’t happen. It’s not the biggest thing in the world, but bad information is never appreciated. The room itself was adequate to the task. If I did t need to be at a nearby meeting the next day though, I would find something in a better, less isolated location.

This hotel is in a business area with no walkable restaurants, stores, etc. The lobby is nice and everything seemed clean and uncluttered. The king room was typical except the toilet/sink was in one room and the shower/sink in another. The flaw in this design was that there wasn't a good place for a hand towel in the toilet and the other sink was narrow without much room to place toiletries. Both rooms were quite small. The shower had a normal head but also strange horizontal waist-level jets. They could be turned on and off. As with other SpringHills they put the TV in the middle where the viewing angle is off whether you're on the bed or the sofa. Our TV turned itself on at one point just walking past it without touching any buttons or the remote. There's a small desk and minifridge. The sofa doubles as a sleeper - it doesn't pull out so you just put sheets and blankets on it and deal with it. Breakfast was ok - nothing special. It was uncrowded and the area was clean. Fitness room was good. The pool was outdoors so only usable in warm weather.

Very good hotel with excellent rooms and service. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and very good. Staff very attentive. Location is perfect in Plano and near University of Texas and Plano Mall. Have stayed before and not disappointed.

The room was very clean and I love having the shower and a sink separate from the rest of the bathroom. The continental breakfast was pretty good; the customer service was excellent. Dallas was only 30 minutes away, but there was plenty of dining and other shopping options right in the area. Will definitely go back when I'm in Dallas area.

The room we stayed in was HUGE- it had a couch with a coffee table, a large desk with a desk lamp, two queen-size beds, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with toilet and sink, and a separate sink and shower room. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet had many options, though the food there wasn't amazing. It was certainly worth the price we paid for it! Definitely will stay again in the future.

Had a great experience - felt very safe and clean. Staff was very nice.
