First of all - smelled SO good. Appreciate that. Valentina at the front checked me in and she was amazing, thanks girl. The room was super nice (love the cow poster). Very comfortable bed. I could hear through the walls…..eek…. No free coffee from what I could tell, which was a bummer. I was a solo girl traveling alone and felt super safe outside and inside of the hotel. Thanks!

The room wasn’t that clean. Mystery stains on the couch, hair on the sink…
Disappointed that there wasn’t much light in the room. Asked for a lamp and they never called me back. The shower also spits out water onto the floor because it doesn’t have a full door.

I stayed here in a suite and I wouldn’t think it’s a suite with loud noise coming from upstairs and I called front desk and they never did anything to help the issue I couldn’t go to bed till they went to bed at 4am knowing I had to be up at 7am I would not recommend this hotel

Nice place, spacious comfortable rooms. Great bathroom setup. Only downside is parking. Hotel shares a parking lot with surrounding stores which makes finding a reasonable spot very competitive. Parking slots are small and can be far from the hotel.

Found a floss pick on the chair working on my laptop. Someone else’s dirty sock under the bed, and the fire alarm detector flickered all evening making it difficult to sleep.

The outside can be deceiving. The inside has some issues. I asked to be moved into another room due to stench and the condition of the room. They moved me to another room with the same warped wallpaper. However, this time part of the door keypad was missing. I showed the manager and she said she was aware of the issue. There were other rooms that were missing part of the lock as well.
