The hotel was set back from the highway so very quiet. There were several restaurants nearby and a gas station at the end of the road which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that there was hair in the shower, and not just one or two. There was enough in there that I wondered if had even been cleaned. The rest of the room and bathroom was clean.

It was a great stay. Beds were very comfortable. Sheets were sooo soft. Everything was very clean. Here and there needs a little fixing. But nothing to complain about. The staff was wonderful. Would definitely stay there again. It is worth it.

Very enjoyable; Super staff; Very, very good breakfast; the Front Porch Restaurant for a good hometown lunch or dinner is less than a mile away.

Hotel is convenient to I-70. Very clean, modern, comfortable, ample parking. Excellent friendly service. Wonderful breakfast included. Excellent value for your money. Recommend this hotel.

Good except $12.50 each for 4 beers purchased near the front desk is predatory and exploitative pricing!

Would gice it 5 stars but was unexpectedly charge an extra 300 for pet halfway through my 4 night stay. Thus making my 4nights just under $800 for a very standard and basic room. Had they disclosed this before hand I maybe wouldve been okay (probably wouldnt have stayed there). But everything else was great.

I inquired re early check in and was told to call on Friday morning. I called and the guy answering ask me what time I wanted to come. I responded that was his call as I didn’t know when rooms would be ready; he suggested 1:00; I said oh ok! Upon my arrival no rooms were available and Jesus (His name) had no idea when a room would be ready; he knew he had told me 1:00; my friend and I waited patiently till 1:30; I ask him again re room, still no idea; I ask him re the number of hotel rooms, he said 98; I told him I found it strange that 1 1/2 hours from check in there were no rooms; his attitude was pathetic; At 1:50 I ask to speak to the manager and went thru the whole story. I also let her know I was past president of the group holding a symposium next door and that our group had many guests at the hotel. Surprisingly she was able to identify a room! Her attitude was not very customer oriented. The room did not have bath towels, but the 2nd shift staff did bring towels up. The breakfast was cold, coffee was good. Next year our group will strongly consider recommending guests stay in Rock Hill, 15 minutes away! I was really disappointed but recognized I was in Chester, what else could be expected!

We asked for non down pillows and had to go find them, and was given 1 more down pillows that caused an allergic reaction in the middle of the night
