Generally he was nice host and room was clean. Price was also nice with nice location

Kind of dirty and messy… you will feel very itchy once you sleep on the bed…. The shower facilities are quite poor… parking is first come first serve and lasts only till 7am next day… really not recommended

Friendly staff, good service and the place is accessible and safe for solo travellers.

Stayed in room 11, not happy. It smelt really bad and there was something that was spilled on the floor and wasnt properly cleaned. the floor was sticky. The hallway that led to the rooms was fine, it smelled fine, but the inside was horrid, and the sheets weren't properly washed.

I was surprised this property was rated as high as it was. It was fine, if a little basic. The room was very noisy from both inside and outside the property. Close to public transport but you need it to get anywhere as it is quite far from the main sites.

強烈避雷這家招待所，首先這個招待所的房間都是沒有獨立衛生間的，但是我不知道為什麼trip的篩選機制沒有篩掉這家。下面我詳細說一下這個旅店令人無法忍受的地方，以至於我提前一晚走了。 一，如上所述，房間內沒有獨立衛生間，房間比較簡陋，整個是一個家徒四壁。 二，一進房間我就可以聽到外面的汽車的聲音，非常地吵，白天還有火車通過彎道刺耳的摩擦聲，我不知道為什麼這家旅店的業主不採用雙層玻璃。房間的玻璃幾乎是不防噪音，不防冷風，居住體驗跟睡在橋洞下幾乎差不多。 三，房間內沒有供暖設備，如上所述，窗戶幾乎是不隔溫的，我兩個晚上是睡著全部衣物睡得覺，即便是這樣，我第二天早上7點鐘必然會凍醒。 四，我是這裡墨爾本大學的學士課程學生，剛來幾天還沒有找到房子，便在這裡預定了四個晚上。因為沒有獨立衛生間，我第一、二個晚上忍著沒有洗澡，第三個晚上實在是受不了了，便去位於一層的浴室洗澡，外面貼著一個標語，寫著油漆未幹，一時之間沒有看懂，便進去了，但是一看情況好像又不對，好像是真的有地板漆，於是我又退出來換了位於一層的另外一個浴室（那個浴室可能也油漆未乾）。這時這個旅店的職員一個白男開始在門外大聲質問是否有人進了浴室，我馬上道歉然後穿好衣服退出來，這個職員連用了四五個*********招呼我，我連忙道歉，我解釋我以為只是不要開裡面的水龍頭以免破壞油漆。在異國他鄉受到這樣的待遇，我便溜回房間睡覺了。 我還以為這個旅店在粉刷一樓的衛生間，我可以用二樓的衛生間，可能在第三晚，我準備上樓去查看衛生間時，一樓和二樓間的樓梯也在粉刷😅，並用風扇在吹乾，也就是說現在哪裡都不能洗澡了，上個廁所都費勁，我實在受不了了，迅速收拾行李走人，實在是連最後一晚也熬不過了。 唯一的優點呢，就是離火車站很近。但是這樣的環境離得再近也沒有用。 這裡體驗真的非常糟糕，我覺得一個旅店連基本的洗浴設施都無法提供，應該在這段時間內不要接待客人。綜上所述，來墨爾本遊玩的謹慎選擇這家旅店，我個人是內地西部山區出身，我也受不了。😅

The rooms were very basic and a bit dated, although they were clean. There were no staff working at the property. The bathrooms were shared with other guests. Overall you get what you pay for. The location was great and was very central to the MCG and Richmond. It is cheap accommodation for anyone looking in Melbourne.

Cheap and cheerful. I only needed a bed and it was very close to the MCG. Bathroom down the hall was spotless and functional. No Parking so you take your chances.

Cheap and cheerful, clean enough. Friendly. Comfy bed. It's not fancy but I didn't expect it to be - a private room for not much more than a bunk at a Backpackers, and cleaner. Cool old building too.
