I had a great six day stay at the Delta Marriott. The location is very good, close to the downtown and the river. I had a large room with a view of the river. The staff are really great.

酒店設施一般，地理位置還不錯，200刀每晚的價格，性價比很差。這次入住遇到鍋爐故障，沒有熱水沒有早餐。比較滿意的是酒店退了全款，也算厚道。

Great staff! Jeanie, the 'Employee of the Month,' was extraordinary. She informed me about the location of the nearest restaurant and was thorough in her communication. Overall, an excellent experience.

Hotel was beautiful. The staff was helpful and very friendly from the front desk, bartender and Mr. O the shuttle driver!!

There are only two things I require in a hotel 1. hot water and 2 a comfortable mattress. This hotel room had neither. We complained about the lack of hot water the first night we were there and noone did anything. We even spoke to a maintenance repair man in the elevator and he did not respond to our request. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable, limited hours of the restaurant and the jacuzzi was very cold as well all lead to a bad review. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Property was very clean. Rooms were comfortable.
I felt that the hotel needed more wall hangings; It was very plain-looking.

I usually stay at this hotel for New Years eve. Check-in was fine. The water in my room was difficult to get beyond warm. The bar person messed up our ticket and added food from someone else who had room service and said the ticket was closed and there was nothing she could do (we had to order more stuff to make up for it). This should be investigated.
