Temiz odalar, güler yüzlü ön büro hizmeti. Restoran ve bar kapalı ama tütün fabrikasının tam karşısında, yemekleri ve ortamı harika! Sokaklarda yürümek için harika bir konum ve güvenli alan! Kesinlikle geri geleceğiz!

The day shift guy was amazing Noah. But we just checked ou. Requested the Valet 45 min before we left , no care. Having an appt we were anxious and asking questions, i apoligized and said sorry for asking but that we had to go. The night shift check out lady Franshawn(sp?) Was incredibly rude and came out to cuss my husband out AFTER we walked to garage and got our own car.

Staff was very Accommodating and helpful. They were very informative about the area and sites to check out. We will diffenently be back. Thanks for everything.

We have stayed at the Berkeley a number of times over the past three years. The front desk staff have always been friendly and accommodating. Our room was definitely in need of an update. Very small bathroom with an old toilet that was very low and because of a makeshift wicker stand you nearly need to straddle the toilet. I moved it out of the bathroom. The restaurant was open which was great but when we asked for a second small cup of coffee we were told we would have to pay additional. We walked across the hall, filled our cup for free in the lobby and returned. I asked for milk for my coffee and was told that they would need to charge me for it. Ultimately they did not. I hope the screen in the lobby showing modern room
updates means that is exactly what they are doing because it is in need of this.

The hotel was amazing. We even did apps and drinks at the hotel and Chris was an amazing bartender. Would say again.

The restaurant on the property was a bust. We came in, the second only table. The waitress sat down with the other guests, the bartender greeted us but made drinks and attended to the other guests. She could have brought us water first and told us how long the wait was. We felt silly sitting so long and went to another restaurant.
