This Quality Inn is so dirty and gross! I've got pictures of blood stained sheets, poop or blood on the bathroom title. Outlets don't work and neither do the charging ports for cell phones, laptops, etc.. Toilets do not work well, Light bulbs are burned out and leaves the room dark. I have pictures to prove it. When I tried to report it, no one was at the front desk Sunday afternoon; I was told by the pool service man that someone would be at the front desk, I waited, and no one showed up. I called Sunday night to the front desk and the manager, and he was rude and unresponsive and told me to call the 3rd party I went through. Before we checked out Monday (our stay was supposed to be until Wed.) I told the front desk clerk of why we're leaving, and she called the manager, and again, he was not helpful at all! In fact, he said we may have put the blood on the sheet!! He said for me to call the third party we booked through. And if we had blood on the sheets, why was I just telling him now. Again, I spoke with him Sunday evening and told him of everything I wrote above. We left Monday at 12:10pm to find new accommodations. We will not be returning. I would appreciate a call from ******* as it is very difficult finding a customer service number for your company.

Great service, horrible rooms. Our room was littered with a mysterious white powder spewed around the carpet- we’re talking behind the dresser, under the air conditioner and near the bed (we assume it was plaster from construction that no one bothered to take care of). Plus, in the middle of the night we found a flying beetle crawling on us, and were greeted with 2 more of the same bug for the duration of our stay. Not a great experience all around, but the staff members were nothing but kind!

The hotel has comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, nice and clean bathrooms and the staff is always nice and eager to assist you.

I’m sure it was nice 40yrs ago when it was built. Dead roach in room. Hot water was just warm. Plumbing was suspect at best. Ladies at front desk at check in and out were super friendly. Skip this one!!

The first room I was given was not cleaned from the previous occupants. My current room has stained sheets and shower curtain. Dust is visible on the power cords. Not much pride taken in this property.

The walls were paper thin and we heard someone above us with birds chirping all night, and we could hear the person in the room beside us coughing all night. In addition, the tv was unplugged, so I plugged it back in, and I saw why they had unplugged it....the screen was so dark you could not make out what was on the TV

Heard some road traffic at night. Not too bad. Slept fine. Breakfast was good

This hotel charges locals more money, they are half clean. Don’t rent the smoking rooms because they are the most nastiest!! House keeping smokes while cleaning the room so they can charge you a smoking fee
