酒店設計很友好，隔壁房間可以開門互通，乾淨整潔，洗漱和洗澡也有單獨分開，方便住户同時洗漱整理，🈶️接機服務，需要電話聯繫酒店前台

The hotel is well located near the airport but a bit run down. We arrived and the elevator was broken and we had to wait a while for it to be taken up to the room.
The sofa bed had no linens and we had to go down to get them because there was no personnel available.
Would not stay here again.

All the staff is very friendly and always have a good position whit the costumers. And the all of the receptionist are excellent persons whit good education.!!!!!

Love the layout of the suites and the cleanness of the bathroom. I’ll give perfect score if I know ahead that the housekeeping is for every 3 days.

This particular SpringHill Suites is obviously in a drastic cost cutting mode. The one elevator still was inoperable and has been since we stayed here in early Nov..;breakfast foods offered are cheap & void of any taste. No towels in the Fitness room; pool was shut down because it was dirty(how long does it take to shock a pool?) Some employees are , at best, indifferent. Won't be staying here again even though it's convenient to where I need to go.
