1. The location is very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Sendai City, 3 minutes to Don Quijote to replenish supplies, 3 minutes to ABC mart for shopping, etc...
2. The service during check-in is relatively professional, careful reminders, and the experience is great;
3. The suitcase is wiped clean and the shoe-changing area is kept clean. A little surprise is the late-night ramen 🍜 and self-service drinks. The orange 🍊 flavored Calpis is pretty good;
4. Reminder: The layout of wet and dry zones in the same room type is slightly different. If you feel uncomfortable after arriving in the room, you can inform the front desk as soon as possible to change rooms.

The hotel is in a great location, right near the Sendai JR Station, surrounded by business districts, large lofts, parcos, and it is also very convenient to take the loop bus to visit attractions. The room is just too small, and it is a bit difficult to unpack. The room at the Garden Hotel I stayed at the night before was super big, so I was a little disappointed. The facilities are a bit old, but after all, it is cheap, 500 a night, which is a good value for money!

They changed my room to a ladies' room because there was one available.
The staff were very polite and I was impressed with the other various considerations.

The hotel is a kind of 2/3 star Ryokan, the owners are very kind, especially the lady running the hotel, she found somebody to take my luggage upstairs and back down when I was leaving. In fact the elevator is not in use.... BFast was not included in my plan, so I paid extra ,just a few hundred yens , I tried the japanese and the western BFast, both were average . The Ryokan is not new , but rooms are very spacious and they ressemblent more to a japanese flat, comparing with the surface of other hotels' rooms I had in Japan. The room was spotless .. There is also a hot bath at 3rd floor, where I went 2 times, smal but pleasant, I was the only user, at those times. I also had dinner at the hotel, in a nice Japanese style dining room ( where I had BF too ...), the menu is Korean , and had for the first time fried oysters from Matsushima bay.... The room was very quiet at night and I liked this japanese style type of rooms, I think I' d go there again , they also have a good quality/ price rate ...

The hotel was perfectly nice for a short stay. It is just over 5 mins walk from JR Sendai station’s West Exit. You need to navigate elevated walkways, walk past a store called “Loft” and walk to the end of the elevated walkway, to a building called “Labi Sendai”. It’s got a Daiso in it. A lift will take you down to street level on the same side of the road as the hotel.
I had a single room and it was reasonably spacious. What struck me was how nicely appointed it felt. At the bedside was a small sofa with a table, which was a good place to put all my things and charge my electronic devices. The bed was comfortable for me and the bathroom was fine. The only thing missing in the room was a safe to store my valuables while I was out for the day. I had to lock my laptop in my suitcase.

The room is very quiet and clean. It is located on the 7th floor of the main building, facing the street and overlooking the distance. I really like it! ! Although the area is small, the facilities are all available, and all have very warm and detailed tips. I am very touched! In addition, the two things that make me happiest are: First, when I checked in, the front desk worked hard and patiently to communicate with me. The guide in the building 〔 yellow laminate sheet placed on the table in the room is written as LO21:30. Other reservation sites have announced changes to business hours from April 14, and there is written as LO20:30. In fact, LO21:00. I know the reason for the corona countermeasure, but the guide should be unified. At least I thought it would be better to exchange the paper on the first table in the room.

First time using this. Look online and choose Sakura's room on the 4th floor. It was a trip to honor each other's hard work for many years on each other's 60th birthday. A satisfying dinner that I had without saving. After the meal, the hotel staff gave us a surprise celebration 💮 A wonderful performance at the timing when we were saying, “Let’s go back to our room soon” 🎇 Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your thoughtfulness. Thank you very much to all the friendly staff who took care of us. Next time I would like to use it with my family for 3 generations 😊

I had planned to stay as a family of three, but two of my family members were unable to come due to poor health. I requested a cancellation on the morning of the day, but it was decided that cancellation was not possible, so I stayed alone since I had come all the way.
However, I was able to use the breakfast voucher for the person who was unable to come for dinner, and I was able to have a very delicious dinner.
The hotel lounge also had self-service drinks, so I was able to relax both in the evening and in the morning.
There is a pharmacy and Seijo Ishii nearby, the Shinkansen boarding entrance is also close by, and the room was very clean, so it was a very satisfying stay.
I plan to go again with my family next time.

I went to Shiogama many times, but this is the first time I stayed. It is good as the starting point of Shiogama sightseeing because it is immediately after leaving the station and crossing the signal. The facilities are simple, but I don't feel particularly inconvenient. It is a good hotel with a cospa. There is also a convenience store nearby and a famous shop of specialty cherry blossoms is lined up. This time I used sushi Tetsu. The material was fresh and very delicious, but the price is a little tight. . .
