The service at this property was top notch. The staff always greeted you with a smile and were happy to help in any way. The property location was great. Walk across the street to cococabana beach and short walk to Impena beach. The views from the pool were amazing. There were some fabulous (and cheap) restaurants right outside the door of the hotel.The breakfast at the hotel was very expensive and not worth it in my opinion.

Staff was really nice. Really classy hotel that clearly stands out from the hotels near by . I enjoyed their roof top pool and restaurant . Id def stay with them in rio !

Overpriced and overrated establishment
Swimming pool on the roof deck is not fit for purpose …basic accommodation with no view of Rio …very overpriced with no complimentary refreshments offered in the basic rooms .There are no facilities in this establishment , service is poor to say the least and lack of a**osphere …avoid making a reservation here it will ruin your time in Rio

Would prefer Belmond or fairmont next time

100% recommended. We loved everything about the hotel. It is a small boutique hotel.
Service was perfect, everybody knows your name, room and they are so attentive.
The rooftop is breathtaking and the view from our room was a dream come true.

Lovely stay, heavenly place. Great staff. My only issue was the room was called a "King Courtyard." It's very expensive, so I was really disappointed to see it's just a regular room (albeit a nice one) with an ugly view. The hotel does not even have a courtyard! I complained and Bruna from Guest Experiences was very kind. This name should be changed because it is false advertising. The location at the end of Copacabana next to Ipanema is great. Octavio on the amazing rooftop restaurant was also very charming. All in all a great stay.
