Estive no hotel por duas noites e nao gostei do quarto pois tinha um problema para fechar a porta da varanda e por isso entrava muito barulho da rua . Outra coisa sao as toalhas que estavam bem velhas e soltando vários fios, e café da manhas fraco tambem,para um hotel deste nível imaginei um serviço mas foi entregue muito abaixo do esperado.

As always Portobay Rio De Janeiro delivers.
The staff is approachable, attentive and professional.
Hotel rooms and common area is kept tidy and are clean.
The location of the hotel are great and with the awesome pool area at top of the hotel you have a view if the entire Copacabana Beach.
I will definitely return !

Porto bay is always my choice when traveling to Rio. Great location, very clean and amazing staff. Jose Ferreira is always helping guests as well as Marquinhos and truly most of the staff.

Plenty of storage in room
Great views from hotel
The only slight negative where I think they could improve is
Breakfast is quite simple
Everything there but no option for anything cooked to order
We had a good stay and would return

This hotel is in an excellent location. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom had a wonderful shower. The front desk was always helpful. Just do not let them talk you into taking a metered taxi. Take an Uber instead. But we would stay here again if we were ever in the area.

Excellent 4* hotel, friendly staff, rooms are modern and spacious. Enjoyed the beach service too, great spot on copacabana beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
