Hilton Garden Inn Albuquerque North Rio Rancho

Food was good. The service time seemed too early. Breakfast should be included. All the other hotels included it.

Nice lobby with 24 hours coffee and water point. Parking is a bit convoluted but accessible. Convenient location, bathroom is clean and great water pressure.

我們入住這家酒店。乾淨衞生，床上用品都好，就是遇到熱氣球表演，價錢比較高，3000多一晚上。

The room was clean. The staff was helpful. The bed was soft. Don't drink the coffee in the room. The fee to bring your dog was crazy expensive! What's up with that?

Very nice stay. No coffee in the room no water. Have to purchase. Most places it’s complementary. Other wise wonderful

Very clean and well maintained. Close to restaurants and shopping. I’m from the area but moved away so I know the area well. I stayed here because I wanted to avoid the “touristy” areas and higher crime areas. I was very happy with my choice and would definitely stay there again.

The bathroom sink was dirty. The room was so hot we couldn’t sleep. The bathroom was so hot you could melt a chocolate bar. We talked with staff. They said it was fixed but it wasn’t and didn’t give us a different room. The next day speaking with management they only apologized and said they would have moved us room. I’ll not stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it it either.

The handicap entrance is not ideally located. The parking for it is on either side of the entrance - you have to walk all the way around the lobby extension before you can enter the hotel. And forget trying to pull a wheelchair up over the curb in front of the entrance doors, or trying to step up with a walker because the curb is too high. It is very inconvenient for actual handicapped people. (The handicap rooms are great: it’s the entrance accessibility that is not great.)

The hotel allows pets in all rooms. The arm chair and desk chair in our room were covered in dog hair - disgusting!
