Hotel Vasundhara Palace

Our stay was comfortable with clean rooms and prompt housekeeping and room service. Breakfast was included and was good

We had booked two rooms at hotel vasundhara palace for the four of us holidaying there. We found the following features we loved: location - walking distance from ganga, just 150 mtrs and very easy access from the main road (20 mtrs) parking: enough parking for private vehicles food: excellent. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast. Chef is top class! staff- most helpful and polite. We couldn't have had a better experience overall. Thanks

Hotel rooms are good and clean but the restaurant staff is not politely and good the food was amazing

It was good comfortable stay in may’23. Food quality was great, family type food. Staff is experienced, and friendly. Would recommend for other travelers.

Hi, we stepped into suit room. Room was good. But the food and hygiene in the restaurant is terrible. Though the prices are at peacks, we three were unable to eat even quater part of the food. We cod find a better food at road side nearby. Hygiene is also the worst. I don't prefer any.

Rooms are not properly maintained or cleaned. Staffs are not at all cooperative. We had the booking for a twin bed sharing room but we had to shift to another room because of their mismanagement of the room allocation. We also paid for our breakfast but we had a very bad experience with that. In fact there is no breakfast available. They don't have enough options available and the quantity is very less that there is no point in having breakfast there because you will have to eat outside. Even after telling them multiple times they did not prepare our breakfast and then we had to leave. We highlighted these things to the management still no change in behaviour. They don't respect you until you are their premium customer. I would not at all recommend this hotel to anyone. Please be careful while booking here.

Stayed there only for 1 night in their suite. Room is very spacious and clean. Furniture needs upgrade. Food is delicious and sufficient variety available for dining and breakfast. Overall pleasant stay but slightly expensive.

The stay was okayish only. The breakfast had very few options. The washrooms' flush wasn't working after 4-5 times. The staff was courteous though. I've given a rating of 3 because it's not worth rs 11000 a night.

The location is good as it is near all the places of interest. The approach road is from a very busy market and one has to wait for long to take a turn as the traffic does not stop. The approach road is in very bad shape due to repairs by the civic authorities Ample parking Bell boy has to be called from the reception to take your luggage. The lobby is small with sofa seating. Rooms are on three floors Windows overlooking the Ganges and Janki Setu. Janki Setu and Ganges is a few minutes walk from the hotel, turn right as you come out of the hotel. Rooms are quite big in size and so is the bathroom AC works well Ceiling fan has only two speeds: Slow or fast. Toiletries provided Small fridge in the room with tea/coffee maker TV is very small Two bottles of mineral water are complimentary every day The restaurant in ground floor has ample seating Food is totally vegetarian Breakfast has veggie choices Fruit choices are limited. Dinner also has vegetarian options. Corridors are quiet.
