My stay at the hotel was very comforting. The staff was very helpful and polite and the rooms are spacious and clean. The food was good and I enjoyed a lot with my friends. The food at the restaurant was good too. Overall a very good experience..

Warm and welcoming staff…very helpful and ready to assist with anything….great location for Triveni Ghat Ganga Aarti, Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula. Very close to the railway station. Delicious food. Super value for money. Would certainky recommend to travellers to Rishikesh.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, which set the tone for the entire stay. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities one could need. The place and everything I found in this hotel was exceptional and my staying experience was awesome. Nice food, nice location. Good hospitality. Highly recommended to everyone without having any second thought. It is very near from Triveni ghat and adha path.

Amazing service & hospitality. Great food. Convenient location, near to triveni ghat & walkable distance from the railway station. Quality of food, room cleanliness and hygiene very appalling. Highly recommended. Great view of the city from the room.

Only 20min from airport.. Well Located close to triveni ghat for ganga arti... Clean bathrooms and rooms..... Courtiyes staff.... Tasty food..... Boutique in true sense.... Located close to Rajaji national park, lakshan jhoola, triveni ghat, nir falls, neelkanth. Quick room service, arranged cab service..

Hotel is very nice. We went in summer and hotel was the one thing we wanted to return to at the earliest coz we felt very comfortable in the room. Rooms are spacious and the food is also good. It was the right decision to go to Vilana and have a comfortable stay.

NOT WORTH IT, WHEN YOU GO FOR A 7000 PER NIGHT ROOM, YOU AT LEAST DESERVE AN AC REMOTE. BREAKFAST WAS JUST OK. STAFF WAS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. IF THE PRICE RAGE IS 2500 TO 3500, THEN ITS OK. ALTHOUGH LOCATION IS WITHIN THE CITY AND NEAR TO STATION

Was on a business travel to Rishikesh Stay was of 1 night. Hotel is within city and can be availed for family vacation or for business trip both. Food taste is great and room service is fast. Staff is very supportive. Rooms are clean and hygienic.
