This hotel feels like home. It's so heartwarming to live there. The staff is the friendliest staff I've seen Best food on Garda, rooms are good and amenities too. Location is great, and pool and saunas are amazing! Very cool atmosphere and live music on dinner.

Amazing restful experience. The hotel staff is superb. The room was expansive and truly the highlight of our trip. We rented a car from Venice and drove through the Dolomites. The experience is extraordinary!! The hotel itself is a respite from the crowds in Venice. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Will be back again as this place truly magical. If you have a chance, you must stay here.

The experience in the hotel was superb. It’s our 5-6 time of staying in this hotel and we’ll come again. This said everything. The service of all the staff from Hamet who park our car and carry our luggage to the staff in the reception and the dinning room to the manager of the reception Mr. Daniele Vacari

The location in Riva is perfect; next to the lake and centrally located for an easy walk into the historic center of town. The grounds are very large, especially given the location. The gardens in front and back are beautiful. The pool area in the rear (lakeside) garden is very nice but the water is a bit on the chilly side. The spa is very nice as well. Breakfasts are very good. The hotel is quite historic, but was totally modernized in 2011 or so, adding modern architectural structures to the existing building. For our taste, most of this worked, but the fourth floor modern structure added to the existing building is a bit jarring. Our biggest disappointment is with the room remodeling. The rooms are quite large but space is poorly utilized; the baths are huge with a lot of wasted space and a shower so tiny it is hard to turn around in. The rooms are extremely dark - dark concrete floors, dark walls, dark curtains; quite depressing. Spend your time in the gardens instead.

Style, class with and supreme customer service. Definitely a must stay when visiting the area. We were part of a large group celebrating a milestone birthday and everything was wonderful. We had a small mishap with the room upon checking in but the front desk was quick to recover and make things right. The entire area is fairytale.

From the moment we were greeted by Francesca with her beautiful smile and genuine passion for hospitality I knew we picked the right place to stay. The grounds are immaculate and the view of the lake and mountains spectacular. The food is amazing and the sommelier is a real stand out such a wonderful young man with so much knowledge and passion for his job. The pools are pristine and soothing. The rooms are immaculate a credit to the housekeeping staff. I travel the world regularly and stay in the top hotels of the world. Let me assure you this is one of the very best. My wife and I thank you and don’t want to go home.

Great service, amazing staff-))) Very beatifull view. It was our best Italy trip with Lido Palace Team. Swimpool and sauna was very improtant for us. In the evening a wonderful musician in the bar. Perhaps only 1 comment-) add more interesting cocktails to the bar-)) Thank you Lido Palace
