The door from bathroom was broken and couldn't close properly. The refrigerator did not work. The chair in room is broken loosely I almost fell off of it.

This property was unsafe, gang members hanging out starring and making uncomfortable and smoking

I arrived at 3:30, a half hour after check in time, and they gave me my room key. When I got to the room, it had not been cleaned yet, so I had to wait an extra hour to get it cleaned. After it was cleaned, I found cockroaches and ants in the bathroom. Then I discovered that there was a bathtub, but no plug or way to keep the water in it. The ice machine also did not work, and the phone didn’t work either. The front desk was not helpful or even friendly about these things. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had at a motel.

The tv was broken like someone had punched it. Multiple stains on the sheets. Cockroache in the room. Had to get the key card fixed multiple times.

The room that was given to me was filthy, had cockroaches, old dirty rags…very very disappointing. I will not ever book there again

Bed sheets were clean, but one blanket had a cigarette burn hole. We couldn't use the air conditioner because it smelled horrible when plugged in, plus all the adjustment knobs had been removed so it couldn't be adjusted and was set at 85 degrees. Our reservation was for my family of four and they provided only two sets of towels, so I had to ask for more and go down to get them myself, then the maids replaced them the next day with only two sets again (so I had to go down to get more a second time). Many homeless people appear to be using this motel as temporary housing, so be prepared for that. I called ahead to ask if there would be a microwave in the room and was told there would be. However, there was no microwave and they didn't deliver one until late morning the day after I requested it. I would not stay here again.

Toilet and bathtub very old with scratches and mold..smelling urine so bad.
Towels with hair and rough edges.
Toilet seat broke. Spriders and cockroach 😖. So disappointing 😞
