Have stayed here so many times as Roanoke is my hometown and I’ve moved a few hours away. There’s always been a kind of “you get what you pay for” situation with this hotel but it was awful this time. The sheets and bedding had stains, the bedside table was missing a light and there were hardly any towels. Not to mention I was lied to and charged $100 when I prepaid for the room through here with PayPal. Planning my next trip home for Chris**as and do not plan on staying here.

The room needs to be updated. The bathroom vanity light was as bright as a night light. The fitness center was missing a lot of weights . The breakfast was subpar

I enjoyed staying there. It was overall very good. There were some draw backs but I can't complain. The hotel was overall good. I think some minor updates would be good. But for the price and location made up for that. I was pleasantly surprised by breakfast in a good way. I will stay here again.

More than half of the parking was blocked off, so there was no parking places.
There was no hot water in the shower.
In the bathtub the water faucet had to be nearly turned off to get hot water.
The front desk did not know the room numbers or layout of the hotel.
The grass looked like it was mowed last year.
The front desk cleric looked extremely bothered to have to answer the phone and check people in.
If this was the last hotel in Roanoke, it would be better to sleep in your vehicle. Choice Hotels needs to require many changes or change the name of this hotel to Zero Quality Inn.

It is located near a mall. The bed linen was dirty, the microwave & fridge dirty & smelly. The room was not clean and as such I had to request a refund. The refund provided did not match the amount I paid.

Building run down looking. Things in room that didn’t work. Traffic noise all night.

Excellent customer service and nice area plenty of food options and shopping malls. Will be returning to this Hotel again for sure!
