Reception not in ground floor lobby, but on second floor. "Front door" not readily evident. Parking available according to Website, it is in adjacent parking ramp and a separate fee. Room spacious, well appointed with many electrical outlets, TV, telephone, couch, small but adequate closet. Bathroom, nicely lighted, very functional shower, toiletry amenities, good towels and cloths. Window view over parking ramp and city in distance.

Medical appts at Mayo. I actually love the location on the skyway and gives me some walking opportunities to appointments. Free parking for Mayo patients is great!
The cleanliness was superb except for the area rug in the bedroom that appeared somewhat dirty with light stains. The temperature in the one Queen room next to the elevator was difficult to regulate evenly.

Always stay here when we have Mayo Clinic appointments. The skyway system goes from the hotel to the clinic!

Nice, clean hotel. In a great location for patients at the Mayo Clinic. Easily accessible with the choice of the sky walk or from the street. If I make another trip out there, I’ll be staying there again

Would like to have had better directions to the location of the front desk on the second floor, this is not a normal position for a front desk check-in. Also I had difficulty getting the room key card to work!!!

I was locked out of my room on day 2 of 4 day reservation. I went to clerk to ask why and he was all huffy as was the another desk clerk that it was not their fault.
No compassion, no thought on how to make it better. Nothing..... just argumentative , non- helpful people saying it was central reservations fault. That is not what I needed, I need help while traveling. I wound not stay here again. I did go back to the front desk later and a different clerk was much more helpful.

Nice rooms easy access to skywalks.Crave restaurant had an excellent selection of food items, beer and cocktails.wait staff was friendly informative and attentive.Food was very good.Will stay again.

Hotel Indigo is very convenient for travels who are traveling to the Mayo Clinic. It is connecting the Sky Walk which leads you passed food courts and shopping. One great thing is it wasn’t cold. We are traveling from Florida and not used to this type of cold, so this was super convenient for us. Also, if you need transportation to and from hotel use Uber, we used a shuttle service and it was quite expensive. We will be staying here again! The new room was spacious, clean and up to date and the bed was comfortable.
